@@SURYA-ew2sl because its clearly maintained in the recruitment notification that...only Diploma and B.Sc candidates are eligible having single qualification whether its Diploma or B.Sc....other than these two qualifications if you also have higher qualifications such as B.tech..M.tech..Mba etc are clearly disqualified candidates application....
