I know fishing is fun. But why would anyone go out in that? I could see if you had a 60 ft Hatteras, or something, but that boat, (looks like a Tiara, maybe?), just too small to be comfortable. Either it was a client, who refused to say no after planning for a year, or a captain refusing a refund! LOL!
Those are some serious conditions. No way the clients on the charter will feel safe or enjoy that day out on the water. Might have a few turn green color. Those are good 6-8 footers out there. Maybe more.

Tiara makes some of the best boats on the planet. Built like a boat should be built - tough and a great ride.
