Fun playthrough as always! I kinda regret not backing this one, but I have everything for Shadows of Kilforth and thought it might be redundant to own both. I enjoyed seeing the new things that were added, though.
Made sense to get rid of the bicorn hat, Colin. She already had splendid headwear. That hat she's wearing in the artwork should give her an extra move, as it would catch the wind and act as another sail! lol Thanks Colin, always enjoy watching your Kilforth playthroughs (nearly said Killjoy! It certainly wasn't that! lol) The new wrinkles added looked fun on the whole, as said the resources didn't get much use though. I've got the Princes of Florence lined up, and hope to get around to it a lot sooner than this video!

I never play before but if you HP determines how many actions you get to do, 25:20 why would you not use healing potion immediately if you not at max HP or I missing something ?
@MeetMeAtTheTable only works next round still the longer you wait to use the longer until you get that extra action you want those as quick as possible I'd think
@@JLH111176 If he drinks the potion he won't get the AP back automatically. he would have to wait until the next day to get it. He could use it at the end of the day before he makes camp and have it for next round.
Yup! I think I decided to keep it for no good reason haha! Oh well! I used an action to heal I think and then used the portion another time I was injured
You got a free market action AP and used it straight away. As this was only an AP I thought you would have got to the port or somewhere that said you could do market actions to be able to use it.
@@MeetMeAtTheTable The wording was gain 1 market AP which to me means you're just gaining an AP and not a actual market action. I think you should keep this until you're at somewhere where you can use it.
Replay is great for sure. Each time you will find different cards and your abilities will certainly change it up. Difficulty is know you can make the game harder with less days etc. As that did feel pretty easy

That's a great new rule for getting back to full health. I might add that as a house rule to shadows. Looking forward getting this game.

Is it another ruleset? 39:05 when trying to confront the succes’ stay even after resting as Long as You Are the same location 🤔

It only works for the next round. I think that's why I used it later!

At 1:03:05, instead of forgoing your last AP, why not spend it to gather the metal that's in your location?
