      I had it since I was a kid and our neighbor married a Japanese girl. She taught me so much about Japanese culture that has stuck with me until this day. Their culture is one I truly can say I love and respect with 0% of any negative feelings towards. God Bless Japan. If only I had learned Japanese instead of my ancestral language of German, I'd love to be a missionary to bring the happiness that people are desperately needing from God over there.

    High suicide rate is not unique to Japan but to all over the world including Christian nations such as the United States. In addition, awful school shooting was just reported from the United States. If Japan has problems due to low rate of Christians in the population, how can you explain low crime rate in Japan while many Christian countries are suffering from high crime rates?

    You must understand why people are resistant to accepting your faith. For example, atheists in particular can be harsh in defense from you. You must surely understand that we are because we recognize the harm that belief has caused throughout the development of mankind. We value the reality over the fiction. And, to see this fiction exposed to children in particular, as a point of fact, is absolutely shocking to say the least. Faith causes an unnecessary division between people. It's centralized around abstract ideas that have no evidence to support them. This is a nuance that has sourced so much tension throughout recorded history. This contention is a rarity among the sciences because the sciences aren't predicated on belief. It's predicated on the search for fact. I challenge you to look at the bible with the same outlook that a scientist does: Is it demonstrable, is it falsifiable, can it be measured?

    • @LogosTheos
      @LogosTheos 6 ปีที่แล้ว +14

      It's ironic that you say, "faith causes unnecessary division" while you are attacking religious belief by calling it fiction and false which is a form of causing division.
      People are religious because there is no evidence for atheistic naturalism. Naturalism is not supported by science and it isn't natural for humans to deny the transcendent which is why most of humanity is religious. All current physics such as quantum mechanics and fine-tuning in cosmology refute atheism and naturalism. There are no good philosophical or scientific arguments for atheism.

    • @anthonyladua6137
      @anthonyladua6137 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      LogosTheos I don't believe you. I'm going to say to you what any reasonable person would say to another: Provide empirical, unbiased evidence for what you're saying and I'll consider the validity of your position.
      Also, you have never heard of atheistic naturalism? I guess they don't teach, say, BIRTH where you live. We don't call the process "atheistic naturalism" because it's redundant. You wouldn't include, "pavlovian selectivity" in a description regarding, say, the process of eating. Did you really think that pedantically jamming together a couple of quasi philosophical terms would make it sound less rediculous? Please, if you don't agree with atheism, there are plenty of ways to express it without pandering to this "my faith is true by virtue of atheism being false" narrative you're failing to cultivate.
      I'd be laughing if your attempt to commandeer scientific credibility wasn't so damn tragic. You have self caricatured yourself into a pantomime of what manipulation looks like. If your goal was to convince me that your beliefs have validity then you have failed miserably.

    • @LogosTheos
      @LogosTheos 6 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      @@anthonyladua6137 Naturalism is a philosophical term used by professional atheist philosophers. You are not familiar with this terminology nor the vast literature.
      I said there aren't any good arguments for naturalism. Even if my faith is false there aren't any good arguments for naturalism.

      @anthonyladua6137 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      LogosTheos I'm not aware there is a such thing as "professional atheist philosophers." Do you mean 'philosophers that are atheists?"

    • @LogosTheos
