I can relate to this so much. The amount of times my gaming buddies have heard me say "just end me" due to the "red demon" is beyond count. PCOS isn't funny, I'll say that much. Even with the pill, sometimes the cramps will still sneak up on me and it's just a pain. Menopause can't get here soon enough 😂 However, this makes it a bit better ❤
