I know its an older post. To see and hear what your transmitter sounds like, find one of the online SDR stations that you can see yourself, then you can hear what you sound like. Helps to set your mike gain and compressor also. FWIW, Carl, AB1ZI

Tweak the DRIVE control when keying down on 10 Meters. It might not be "peaked" at the same spot as on receive.
