I already ordered a new system it’s something we use to do back in the day so it was fun to mess around with the screaming eagle pipe looked good but went in the trash anyway.
The company has to meet noise regulations. The owner does not have to meet those regulations and he hoped it would make more noise. I have heard that the cats do muffle the sound.
The cat is what is baffling this exhaust I have seen the slip on videos and a few sound a little bit louder than stock and I did get some sound out of it. Please remember I was doing this for fun I had already ordered the 2 into one and the tuner I just wanted to see if I could get something out of that cool ( looking) exhaust. Slip ons would have helped a little bit but the 2 into 1 is what I really wanted and it definitely took it to the next level performance wise
You need to drill out the Cat when you do the muffler too...There is a Guy on Utube a few weeks ago i saw who did it on this very Bike....It looked and sounded great...
Which bars and risers did you end up going with? I was thinking about going with the cvo st set up on my road glide, but now I'm reconsidering because I have short arms
I was at the dealership and one of the other 2024’s had a set up on it and I honestly just told the guy to order me that. I’ll get more info and update
Exhaust company’s spend millions on testing why would you ever think you can do better, you wrecked that exhaust.

I got the rinehart dbx45 slip on 9.5 pullback risers with midbend bars.
I have the rineharts too. It’s sounds beautiful.
Seems to be a lot of confusion in here relating to removing baffles and removing the cat- that are in different locations people👍🏻

Bassani is a great exhaust u won’t go wrong with it
This isn't a "cross country" bike, you will have to make changes... thats a given.
@@InterstateVet it actually did way better than expected on my trip 6100 miles flawlessly
Is there an equally lightweight slip on that sounds and looks good for the CVO ST ?
I wish the weight is perfect I just wanted to play with the sound and finally gave up and ordered the full pipe .
What part numbers for handlebar riser and new handlebar? I have same bike and agree with wanting handlebar closer. Thanks for I fi.
@@GabeFerland let me see if I can get that information for you.
No luck I just got them from the dealership and my receipt only say risers and bars since they are not Harley Davidson parts
Isn’t that a stock six inch riser?
6” years going with an 8.5
i have the cvo rg and i cant decide which pipe to run
Going to try the Bassani. I will do my best to up date . I am no “ TH-camr” but I’ll do my best.
Thanks you just saved me some time and aggregation!
Excellent! Yeah huge waste of time.
I wish I had that bike I would have left it the hell alone and it would be awesome for years to come 😊
It’s way too quiet. I got passed by a louder moped and I don’t leave anything alone
@@dannydailey7232 👏👏👏 it's your bike 😉
Loud pipes saves lives
@@bigcurt011 OK 👍 👌
Dang!! Get a CVO and STILL have to buy after market parts!
Yes
Yes stock exhaust or screaming eagle is just as bad as stock.

I already bought a full pipe
Good tip, too bad that didn’t work out
Want to sell the bar and stock riser set-up?
Installing the new stuff tomorrow let me put some miles on it and make sure I 100% comfortable with it and I will let you know in a week or so.
@@dannydailey7232 Sounds good, thanks

@@dannydailey7232 thanks for the info. Look forward to hearing what you got. I'm 5'5 so I'm trying to make the bike fit me better
Kraus risers 8.5 and an o.d.i moto bar
Here’s another instance of some dude hacking on a 45k bike and breaking ish. 😂
CVO = sucker 😅
That’s what I always thought till they came out with the ST. Finally a performance based CVO not all paint and chrome.
@@dannydailey7232 it is a cool bike I must admit
