this song is actually about a time traveler trying to save the world from a future where the world is destroyed.when he goes to the past to warn them something that happened while he time traveled that turned him into iron. people thought of him as a freak made fun of him and didn't listen to him. he started to get mad and "planned for revenge".he started to kill people for treating him like dirt. in the end he realizes that he was the cause of the world being destroyed.basicaly the one who warned them about the deadly future caused the deadly future.

ill say one thing if marvel did anytihng rigth then it was the Iron man cast,RDJ just fits I-M so perfectly,a really good stane,rhodey,pepper and so on they pulled it of including the armours thy just did it rigth
