@wastedninjadude The choice scarf Lando and Speed Booster Iron Valiant spells big problems for Miraidon no matter the Tera since both outspeed. @@Cardb33 yea it seems doomed from the very beginning. The supposedly Mirai "counter", the Iron Valiant, doesn't perform so great with Ogrepon redirection in the opposing team
@@shirohiruka Yeah watching this match over as good as Ice Rider looks, Luca's team has a much better matchup. I can't see a lead combination from Yuta that would've put him at an advantage right from the get go. Iron Hands being faster than Ice Rider under Trick Room is the icing on the cake. Just seems like an uphill battle and surprised Yuta was able to take a game at all. Landorus is the only Pokemon outside of Trick Room that really shines in this match and it was killed even AFTER Tera by Urshifu's Surging Strikes. I've been trying to analyze the match and still fail to see a way Yuta could've pulled it out barring some serious misplays from Luca which wasn't going to happen he's a great player and made it this far for a reason. Trick Room Ice Rider + Amoongus looks bad for Luca and it is but it's not enough to overcome Electric Terrain, redirection and the other tools Luca had.
Great analysis! @@Cardb33
Tbh the biggest and most pleasant surprise of this was Iron Valiant making finals
Congrats from Germany. Miraidon Teams are so cool
AL SCÈT DE BÈRGHEM L'È AL CAMPIÙ DEL MOND!!! Orgoglio italiano e bergamasco ❤
I love the thumbnail to this video, lol
Congratulazioni a Luca Ceribelli e il suo Miraidon MVP della squadra. Avete portato l'Italia ai vertici del mondo, seppur solo per quanto riguarda i VGC Pokemon 💚🤍❤
Was really hoping for a worlds win for my fav iron valiant, but congrats to luca, incredible performance.
Hooray for my favorite legendary winning worlds!
Il cielo è azzurro sopra Honolulu
Miraidon was destined to be a champion from the start!
*Spoiler warning*
With Luca winning, That makes Urshifu, Iron Hands, and Whimsicott all 2x world champions. This also meant Amoonguss was denied becoming the first ever 4x world champion. Meaning that Pokémon still have only a maximum of 3 world championships. This is also the first world championships where incineroar didn’t win (after getting intimidate ofc)
Which Pokemons have won 3 times?
@@muk_is_superior Amoonguss, Thunderous, Cresellia, Snorlax, Incineroar, Metagross, and Salamence I believe.
@@TViewier damn metagross? It was that good in vgc? (Sorry if this is stupid I only play singles)
@@muk_is_superior tbf I also didn’t know that until further research. It was really good back in DPP and B/W era. It won in 2009, 2010, and 2012 so it was a while ago. So it makes sense why both of us didn’t know.
Grande Luca. Un mito!!!
The win in alola is the Canon one 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹
Grande Luca, sei stato fenomenale!
I love Pokémon.
You know what? Iron Valiant did great this year.
Congratulations to Luca still 🗣️🔥
Mostruoso Luca!!!! 🇮🇹
So happy farigiraf won it all ❤
I think the team with Urshifu will win
Unfortunately it lost... wait
