aftet creation of segment. while linking to message in we81. given msg type& Short text and clicked on save , a dialogue box got opened "prompt for workbench request" in that, the request is empty . what should i give in request? if i click on continue it is asking "specfic request" . how to solve this.
we have three systems first one is SAP system second one is middleware Mulesoft integration system and Salesforce system we have to send data from our SAP system to Salesforce system we have created a remote enabled function module in our SAP system but how to call it from Mulesoft

You can either create a new WB request in transaction SE01 or use one of the existing requests. It's to capture your changes in a Transport Request.
