I decided to get this radioactive curry today after a recommendation but otherwise going in blind in high spirits and ready for the challenge. My tolerance for spice is above average but nothing to write home about. I prepared mine the same as you did but included some rice to "dilute it". Within seconds after my first spoonful I could feel the endorphin rush already and I knew what I was in for, your initial reaction summed it up well enough. After consuming it to its end with the help of some milk and some breaks between helpings I had a spicy gob for about half an hour. As I am typing this 4 hours later I can still feel the heat working its way to it's ultimate end which I'm sure will result in a delightful number 2 in the morning. Great flavour though!
Great review, Pap, and thanks for the laughs :) I haven't tried this one yet but might. Morrisons chicken naga is quite decent but more manageable I expect. As always, love the interlude musical reference and outtakes.
You seemed to manage the heat on this Pepper X Chicken Tikka Masala Curry very well Papp... Everyone else I've seen giving it a try... Has been struggling with the Spicy Heat of it... I'll definitely have to try it for myself now mate... It makes a pleasant change to see a nice tasting Hot Curry these days pal... Many thanks for the review Papp... Didn’t find this overly hot at all 3-4 out of 10 on the heat scale. Seems like a bit of a novelty for non chili heads to try. On a positive note I did really enjoy the flavor and will have it again.
I didn't think it until the end when you said "Hot Hot Hot" but it got me thinking you could have played "Hot Hot Hot" by Arrow on the piano interlude, maybe you can next time you review a real hot curry Pap, and as for the product itself I couldn't see this in my Iceland the last time I went a few days ago though i'm sure it will probably appear at some point and I would imagine this range does other curries too though I could be wrong, and also as well Paps I think this probably has to be the first curry you've reviewed for a while where you haven't felt the need to add any salt or lemon juice, which is good!
Good point regarding the lemon and salt Mr Atkinson, although lemon would probably have been a nice addition as it always seems to be, but it didn't need the salt. I found mine tucked away in one of Iceland's freezers, they certainly weren't shouting about it, and top idea for a hot review tune, I've saved the score :)

You tried to cover Ludwig van's ears from that. This curry does look tolerable. I think I've said before that the Iceland Atomic Vindaloo, from about a decade ago, made my eyes water so much that I couldn't see. My hot curry days are over, I think. It's all Biryanis and Bhunas, from now.✌
In my experience John the bhunas that I've had have been medium, and this thing is as hot as a good madras so it might be too hot for your palate my friend.
