Thank you for creating this amazing product... Great company too, I have asked several questions by email, and each time received a prompt and well explained response...

Awesome pedal, but this is not by any stretch a bass or guitar stomp box. This is almost a modular synth, be prepared for deep water diving as you can create presets from the ground up.

So you can only get two voices to conform to a scale?

Is it possible to map the C4 to a bass/guitar in order to trigger scenes or sounds/presets? Been loving the C4!

I may be a little late, but it does seem as though you can save presets through midi (I think 128). But if you live with the pedal connected to the editor 24/7, you technically then have an infinite presets at your disposal

I only have the app on my phone and it doesn't seem to get as in depth as this video or at least I'm not sure how to dial it in the same. I tried following the video to get that sound but it's not working to well. Any advice. Is it best to access neuro on a computer?

I have the C4 and now a Midi Controller (DMC Micro) too, but even following all the steps from Disaster Area tutorial, it doesn't work! From the beginning (couple of Weeks), my C4 does not work in ALT mode, that means I can only access whithout computer or cellphone the 3 presets (circle, square and triangle) from my C4.... can sameone help me?! Should I send back my C4 to the store to have a new one, or I making something wrong? Thank you guys!

I am not a tech, but you must be hooked up to the neuro app to get much out of this pedal. Then you access all kinds of sounds, you can save 6 on the pedal itself, but also keep changing the presets if you want. You can store up to 128 “sounds”, but in the app or your phone or computer. Contact the company, they answer quick. Maybe the cable (USB) is at fault, or a cord. Good luck.

Hi, how many sounds can you load on the pedal, and when more than one, how do you switch from sound to sound, thanks 😊

You can load 6 sounds directly on the pedal. There's a three-position toggle switch that selects circle, triangle, or square, and those are the first three sounds you burn to the pedal. There's also an ALT button on the top of the pedal next to the DC 9v power jack. You press that ALT button and then the next three sounds are available on the circle, triangle, and square positions.
If you have something like the Disaster Area Designs DMC Micro midi controller, you can hook it up to cycle through 128 presets. There's a video called "Quick Tips 7 - Source Audio C4 Synth MIDI Setup" on how to do that.

So this specific harmonization feature (we find in harmony effect pedals these days) If I'm not mistaken allows each note played to be harmonized by the same pitch intervals....so the guitarist can play parallel cords? Is that what we are hearing? THATS OK ...I DON'T CONSIDER IT BAD HARMONY...LIKE IT IS IN MUSIC THEORY..FOR ME IT'S JUST DIFFERENT....NOW....Since we are defining the scale and the root, why not play the same, not in intervals but in degree's instead? First, third, fifth and seventh. SO we can play different cords each time we play EACH root. Can you do THAT? IF NOT THAT WOULD BE NEW AND COOL. AND HARMONICALY ...MORE SENSIBLE.

It sounds so rad when it’s pitch is set to track what you play with a demolished Fb 7th chord bruh...especially on a bass geeter tuned down to C flat and @432hz...of course, I mean duh it’s the frequency of life itself bros. It has been said though that when used at extremely high volumes for extended periods of time that it may cause reproductive problems and promiscuity in frogs and more importantly may even rearrange your chromosomes to make you part AI. I’m just saying. Think about people cmon didn’t you ever see Terminator?? I’m not sure how much it has to do with the C4 pedal but it was definitely a crazy movie and the robots had to start from somewhere. Buyers beware because if you’re watching this then they’re watching you 👀
