- Dear Indian citizens,
It's time we stand together and save our Indian students from getting scammed. We need to save their future at any cost because it's our duty. We have always supported the truth and will always do that at any cost. No matter how many people target us through various modes. Truth can be delayed but it can never be hidden. We have also filed an RTI o the High Commission of India in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We have asked for the following information from them-:
"As per the new rules for NMC under FMGL-21, Indian students must register or must be registrable in the country where they have completed Primary Medical education. Does the ministry of healthcare, Healthcare ministry, or concerned authorities allow Indian students who studied MBBS in Bangladesh to register, attain a license at par with local residents, and practice in Bangladesh? If yes, what is the procedure for the same? What is the course duration of MBBS in Bangladesh and internship for Indian students in Bangladesh? is the medium of teaching English for Indian students? Indian students are taught like any other international students and local students in Bangladesh or there is some differentiation in the methods used to teach? Please explain."

I am from Bangladesh. Indians are coming or not it is not my headache. But, i laughed at, when u said, students can't practice with good doctors at BSMMU. it is a Medical University man, not a college. Bangladesh's top class Doctors and students are there. It is too too hard to get admit there. I believe there is no country in the world, where u go for PG and can practice wherever u want. Hah... Its will be amazed if u can give an example. Btw, Bhutanese prime minister was also a PG student at BSMMU. If, it is not valid, then why Indian Health minister requested Bangladesh to increase SAARC quota for Indian student?? Plz, update urself with information and change ur perception towards Bangladesh. It is not an easy job to pass MBBS in Bangladesh. U have to achieve it with ur study. U can't buy it. My question is, if MBBS in Bangladesh is not valid, then why Indian Gov allow SAARC quota students who studied in BD?? Thank u so much.
College is an industry which wants to earn money from student and student wants to take placement in last... And .Bangladesh does not give a chance to a foreign doctor to practice...And all the Indian students who have taken their MBBS degree abroad, they have to come to India and pass an exam. If you do not pass this exam,So this degree of importance is just like a piece of paper. And these students waste their 40-50 lakh rupees money in abroad like Bangladesh and waste 5.5 years.

NMC reply in Delhi High Court clearly states "Registered with the authority which is competent to grant license to practice in the respective country"
It cleary want a registration with a competent authority. There is no compulsion to get license.

You are misinforming the meaning of "at par". We just need a registration with respective central authority and no license is required after a central registration.You are just pointing the words "competent" and "at par" in a wrong sense.

Bro even NMC does not give permission to foreign students studying mbbs in India to practice here....after completing mbbs from india they go back to their respective countries.
So same conditions on both side wheather NMC or BMDC.
Also Bangladesh have highest passing percentage of FMGE.
We are not discussing what NMC does and doesn't. If it provides the same to foreigners. We are also not discussing what is right or wrong. Educational Consultancy business is a knowledge based business & for MBBS it should be more specific.But now a days it's becoming a trend that someone is coming this business with lack of knowledge but making videos to become trendy.But it's unfortunate for the Indian MBBS aspirants that by watching these kind videos they r becoming confused & taking wrong decision.Before NMC new guideline Bangladeshi MBBS is one of the best among other foreign countries where Indian MBBS aspirants are going because of same type of study pattern, syllabus, books, climate, etc.As per November,21 NMC new gazette Bangladeshi MBBS is the only country which match 100% with NMC guideline.BM & DC providing practicing registration to foreign students more than last 25 years.But it's mentioned that registration certificate that it's not valid to practice in Bangladesh because to practice in Bangladesh as a doctor he/she need work permit then they can practice.At the same time NMC Gazette mentioned that after complete MBBS study, student should get practice registration from the particular country authorize professional body but NMC not ask that also get the license to practice that country. At BM & DC providing this registration to the foreign students without any exam but any other countries where Indian aspirants are going they r not providing even this registration without examination.

We simply stated the laws and rules as it is. Now, we have cleared multiple times that please stop manipulating our innocent students and parents by using big words like work permit, registration, not valid bla….bla…..bla….bla….
The world has changed and now every single student and parent is getting clever day by day. Everyone have a smartphone and they have tons of knowledge. Even when they don’t say anything, they knows clearly when someone is using big words to manipulate and change the topic to avoid the real information.
The below line is the exact copy of what is mentioned in the NEW NMC GAZETTE.
As per point 4 (b) - registered with the respective professional regulatory body or otherwise, competent to grant license to practice medicine in their respective jurisdiction of the country in which the medical degree is awarded and at par with the license to practice medicine given to citizen of that country;
The degree awarded should be similar to that issued to local resident. Here BMDC will issue registration but not valid for practice in Bangladesh. Does the local Bangladeshi citizen also get their registration with the same statement ? No, because if so then there should not be a single doctor in Bangladesh. This is different and this is exactly what NMC doesn’t want.
Now, about examination, when someone is not allowed to practice in the country, there is no need for any examination and test for the skills because that student will go back to his country and take risk with the life of their citizen. Any country who have trained the student like they train their own, they will take examination before letting that student save lives and take risks with it’s own citizen or the citizens of the student’s native place. This itself proves the need of an examination and the need of having a similar registration.
To everyone who is reading this, please ignore and don’t listen to work permit and bla..bla...bla… excuses.

As per the instruction of BPMA, BM&DC had made an amendment, which is "with getting work permit foreign students are allowed to practice in Bangladesh", which has already been aproved by the Ministry of Health of Bangladesh.

Sir never went to Bangladesh. And sir please check the updated information. This video is true and when it was made, MBBS was not valid from Bangladesh in India due to NMC rules. After that when BMDC updated there rules, we made a new video with the updated information making it clear that MBBS is now valid. Please stay updated.

I think this person is a psycho. If I got MBBS from your(India) country , I think Indian government not give me any permission to practice in India before obtaining work permit from India. When foreign student take work permit from Bangladesh government then the BMDC registration certificate will be valid automatically which was issued to him/her.
Why are you getting confused? Please understand, It's not about the work permit or the registration. People are trying to use big words to manipulate our innocent parents. Please don't be a part of it. First please understand the point mentioned in the NEW NMC GAZETTE and then the rules of BMDC. The license issued to our students should be the same as the local students and it is not yet possible in the latest rules and regulations. You can understand if you try because every human has the same cranial capacity. It's rude to say psycho when your brain capacity is 1400 cc and ours too.
