You’ve just made my day and put a smile on my face. I take it Rodger Victor is now moving into flight training I hope Louie also does training for new flight desk recruits 😂😂😂🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
Ahhh, I was expecting the lesson as a song, Capt Victor. But anyway, you should do presentations of all the systems and sell them to all the airlines. You would be able to retire earlier 😅
I love this! This is awesome! Good to see you Captain! It's been too long. Glad to meet you...."Bozo"? I don't remember that you've ever had your face on camera, have you? Thank you for sharing. I just want you to know that I'm a huge fan of your work. Your videos are always an absolute delight. I will say with complete sincerity that growing up as a huge fan of the muppet show in general and as a massive, from the bones out fan of a certain green protagonist, when you did your Kermit impression my heart absolutely stopped. As an aviation fan, I would love to see more systems videos. That sounds like a great format. As someone with a small youtube channel, which includes airplane content, I would love to collaborate with you on something sometime. I fly a C-150 and several club airplanes, but I don't have my commercial ticket (yet). Are you going to Sun-n-fun or Airventure by chance? Thanks so much. Take care. Good to see you both. Keep up the awesome videos!
Simpel, you use it as a de-icing system. When you see ice build up on the windshield wiper, most notably the bolt on top of it, you got ice on the leading edge of the wing. Turn on the wing anti-ice and leave it on for approximately 30 seconds to a minute. You’ll see the ice fly off the leading edges as it’s on.
@@BWNeuteboomwhat happens if you a) turn it on when there's no icing, b) leave it on too long, c) forget to turn it off whole duration of flight? Will there be huge tax penalty?
@@paulsherman51 : worse, actually - the penalty is that the general public will make snarky comments on social media about door plugs falling off because they think they're funnier then they actually are. ;)
You never really use the wing anti ice. As a captain told me “only use the wing when so much ice is building up on the windshield wiper that it’s starting to make you sweat”
know one aircraft with boots... the DASH 8 Q400.... well it HAS boots... not that THEY DO ANY THING ... at lest you have heated wings.... my god the Dash 8 is an AWFUL aircraft...
Nice to see you back Captain
"see" is the key word. Regional Guy needs a Grammy nomination.
“Just remember, FSAP it!…ASAP It!”
Giving yourself away there, Roger!
Loved it! I flew the 737 for a few years, so this was a fun review.
Perfect! Now I'm ready for my check ride 👍

Love it! Give me all the systems! APU next!

Great to see your back Capt. RV..
Loving it Captain! Keep them coming.
I think a series like this will benefit quite a few people who are going for their first airline job interview.... please do more :)
Awesome!
I love this! This is awesome!

Capt, more. Hope to see you doing a leg into SDF.
Missing my 737/747. On a crappy cl650 now (But roster is way better).
BOOTS.......We needed to hear more about boots
Where have ya been cap? Missed ya at the duty free!
Welcome Back! Nice to see both of you and one of you come out of the closet. Yes we would like more.
Boots… like, boots with the fur? 😜
If you’re really looking for a fun challenge, Cap could do the system descriptions in a song.😮
Ah but how do you know when to turn wing anti-ice on in the 737?

Hey, youre alive!!
Where's Louie?
Captain Roger Victor is BACK - with Bozo!!!
New year. New plane. Still working at Speedtape airlines! lol
where have you been?!
Loved it, but the vertical video is weird.
Yeah it was filmed for TikTok. I just threw it up here like that because I already had it. And you know, editing is boring.
@@CaptainRogerVictor I figured, but tossing my two cents into how weird it is on a home cinema. Either way, keep up the great informative work.
People and their cellphones... it's like they never figured out that you don't have to hold it vertically all the time. ;)
So happy to see back buddy. Greetings from a 787 Dreamliner Captain.
Its best to not check pitot heat with your tongue.
Hah. What is this? Man. No idea who your target audience is on this, but as a professional armchair pilot and air traffic controller, I love it.

Cousin flew the Dash 8 at Commutair for quite awhile, always complained and and pined for the Beech 1900D. Now moved up to that French tbing.
