@@proindeed4939 Im UK based.... Gold only! So i do my own version of SB with a few tweaks that work for Gold. 1,3 and 5 min TF's. 7-9am i look for Asia session high/low set ups. Then 1pm NY killzone i look for a LDN session high/low set up. Then 3pm the 2nd true SB time same again a sweep of some form of structure. I dont trade the late session as Volume can drop on Gold and its 7pm UK time so its family time but you are best looking at one of the Indices in that session. The 1pm is not a SB time per say but it very often works the same. If you are middle of the range then look for the first 5 min FVG to form on the open of that session and use that to target a high/low as sometimes you get 2 trades the move down to target liquidity and then the sweep and reversal. Choose one thing and master it, write everything down and make a plan.
He means that for the first 2 sessions (London and New York AM), trade either EUR/USD or XAU/USD (Gold), and for the New York PM session, trade US30. Basically, when the market has volume, it moves more i.e. bigger or longer moves. If I am wrong anywhere, please feel free to correct.
Can this be done with 5 min and 1 min instead of 15 min and 5 min? And is the liquidity sweep valid if the high or low that is swept was made during the trading time?

@@TONI__KROOS It works on any instrument. I have found that it works best on EU, GU and Nas100. Practice on EU and Nas100 for a couple weeks.
