    For the test:
    Flour - 1 kg
    Baking powder - 1 pack
    Milk - 300 ml
    Water - 300 ml
    Salt to taste
    Apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp.
    To lubricate the dough:
    Butter (82%) - 360 g
    Any filling.
    Knead a slightly tight dough, wrap it in cling film and let it rest for 30-40 minutes.
    Then cut the dough into 4 pieces. Twist the rolls (2 pcs.) and cut the dough into squares. Put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
    Next, roll out the dough as shown in the video and form a samsa.
