When it's on and you shoot a teammate, you die. As simple as that
Rahil Shaik basically, back in rainbowsixsieges past, you could team kill or shoot your teammates withought repercussion. so people may shoot you down to 10hp every round just for fun and it was extremely irritating they did temporarily ban those who team killed twice but it wasn’t effective. Now with the new system, if you kill someone on you’re team they’ll watch the kill cam and mark it as intentional or not. if it is intentional you’ll see a red triangle meaning any damage done to you’re teammates induced by you will be reflected on you. so if you shot your teammate with reverse friendly fire you’d die not them. The devs at Ubisoft are just trying to limit toxicity while keeping the mechanic in the game and i applaud them for there efforts even though there are so many other glitches this new season.

Blitz is the easiest operator in the game to kill, never ever turn your back to him and you'll be fine, parry his shield, shoot him in the shoulders, the feet, or the head if he tries to ads with his slow ass ads speed.
