I can do that,
First the mist maker is Making the waster favor but not smoke just a little droplets of tiny water, the 2 fan push all the tiny tiny little droplets out side of the pipe and of course the air is cold because the smoke coming out is not actually smoke but tiny droplets but the droplets is bigger then the smoke so that means you can feel the water Which is cold and putting ice makes the water colder so that's mean colder air,

True, and in subtropical Tennessee where I live the temperature gets up in the 30s in the summer. But even worse than the heat is the humidity which prevents evaporative cooling from working well. So in summary this will not work where it is needed most.
