Gracie Films/20th Television (1991/1994)

From The Simpsons episode "I Married Marge" (S03E12), captured from Channel 4 on March 4, 2023.
The early 1994 20th Television logo seldom appeared on Channel 4's prints of The Simpsons, but it did appear on a couple of episodes, as seen here.

This really surprised me. How come the entire Simpsons episode is in PAL, but not 20th Television which is in NTSC?

Most likely a low toned version that became regular toned once converted to PAL.

I suspect it's because Fox decided (for whatever reason) to use a NTSC Version of the 1994 20th Television Logo for this particular PAL Print for logo plastering purposes.
