Ahh I wish I may go to Canada. It was my childhood dream to go abroad. When I completed Masters I could not apply because I did not have enough funds. All my cousins fly to UK and Canada and I remained here in Pakistan. I am 29 now. Some dreams never come true.
I'm waiting for my visa, hope in future if I will wish to apply Canadian citizenship our Indian Gov will pass bill of dual citizenship coz now we are living in this globalised world. Everyone loves their homecountry of their whole lifetime no matter what. Indian Gov should offer multiple citizenship.

it's TN1, not PN. You can "easily" work in the U.S. only on eligible occupations ONLY. Not every job qualifies nor everyone qualifies for a TN1 unlike H1B, which any employer can sponsor an H1B worker for any occupation.
Why did you delay to apply it’s taking a long time nowadays? Hope you won’t have to renew your PR card if you need to travel before getting citizenship.

Other than agriculture lands, you can hold on to other properties as you would normally do. I forgot the name but I think it is some OCI card which you need to apply. Also you cannot vote in India with that. I hope someone who did this will respond on this thread.

How do I proceed further, I should get the Citizenhip cetificate firstn and then apply for Canadian Passport and then Visa. How long wil it take. Can you guide me please.

1/2 a day is counted for every day that you spend before obtaining your PR upto a max of 1 year if I am not mistaken. Hence, your 2 yrs of studies will be counted as 1 yr + you do 2 yrs as a PR holder = 3 yrs and you become eligible to apply for citizenship.
