Eve was happy that she broke Maze's heart because that meant that Maze loved her. She had a simial reaction when Lucifer told her about the prophecy in the last series because if evil was released the devil walked on earth with his first love that meant that he loved her. So it fits her quite naive and self-centered thinking where she often does not consider what things mean for other people.
no, she was brought back for "representation" it was pure political and had nothing to do with the story before that, they just wanted to add a non straight relationship
@@Belnick6666of course you are one of those you cornball you do realize Lucifer has had sex with dudes right? So has maze no one cares who’s gay or not get over yourself
I really like this season, because it spends a lot of time turning all of the characters around Lucifer into real people. I've always loved the smaller characters in the series, but they were always just a bit 2 dimensional for my taste. I love that we really get to spend time with the entire cast to flesh out their individual arcs, as it pays off in big ways...emotionally speaking.
Do you think Maze got a soul because god told her? I´m think she had a soul for a long time already - just not knowing it. I think the "interaction" with humans gave here a soul...which was showed in every season, when she cared about a lot of people...
I think the key is in the phrase "grow a soul" - "grow" referring to something that develops over time. Maze may have been _growing_ a soul for a long time, maybe even since she first became Trixie's friend but that doesn't mean she's had one since then - it's not just a "flick the switch and it's done" situation I don't think. (in exactly the same way, Lucifer didn't just instantly become less self-absorbed etc. either - it's taking time)
I literally just finish the last episode of the last season of this show n OMFG! I do remember this episode but OMG 😱, I don’t want to talk more because of Spoilers but wow this episode.
You like being able to predict, right? Gives a sense of control in life. Security. That's why you say their lines before they do and then you're happy when they say it back. Yes, like all humans.
Dakarajayne you’ve done it again, loved this reaction, I’d seen the episode weeks ago (just like watching your reactions), but I still welled up when Eve got shot & when Adrianna went to see Linda, I’ll mention again Warrior Nun (for when Lucifer finishes), it’s a cross between Lucifer and Supernatural but with more women, I’ve seen all season 1, it’s good and it’s been picked up for a second season, keep reacting and I’ll keep watching, as always a cheeky thumbs up for you 👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️👌🌹💋
WARNING! MASSIVE SPOILER! If you haven't seen all of Season 6, proceed no further! --- --- --- --- Last chance! --- --- --- --- @7:35...Anyone else get a bit 'verklempt' by Linda's comment?
Your reactions are thoughtful and insightful... Just a note or two.... One, I don't know how much of biblical mythology you know - but they deal with it in this show: Lucifer is " The Light Bringer or Bearer". The Goddess and God both referred to him as such; and even Michael said "when your brother is The Light Bringer, you are always in his shadow". Notice his wings are brilliant white, while other angels' wings are grayish. Notice Lucifer has immense power as witnessed when he went full devil on the demon horde and commanded them all back to hell in that incredible booming voice like his dad.... or when he was able to partially ignite the flaming sword even without the missing piece.... Or he did his own "Celestial Karaoke Jam" after he got over his becoming full devil - (I'm Alive song and dance in S5 Ep 8) Just like how God just did a whole episode of Celestial Karaoke Jams..... Amenadiel was able to slow time, but God STOPPED time - so angels have the same "powers" as God, just not as much or not as well developed..... I'd argue Lucifer's are more substantial or more developed than almost all the other angels. So he is "very close to the tree" of God regards power/Light (as in the apples not falling far from the tree metaphor) - so his becoming God is not far fetched. His personality may be an impediment but he has the right stuff for the most part. And he knows the most about humanity too..... (this is not a spoiler, all this can be gleaned from past episodes or general knowledge) Two - you're going to need a box or two of tissues for the next 3 episodes. And oh my god, a truckload of them for S6. Just binged it and I have never shed so many tears over a "story"..... I won't say what flavor of tears: pain or joy, but highly emotional nonetheless.
I loved this episode 💓 Mostly because like a lot was happening there. Deckerstar finally together ❤️, Eve returned 🤗, Linda got along with her daughter... Plus, also because we will see how caring Lucifer became for his friends, in this case for Linda. Girl, didn't you understand why Lucifer decided to become God so suddenly? I think you just need to listen closely to his final conversation with Linda at the precinct, saying about not being worthy for other's love and later, with Amenadiel when he told that he feels worthy to become God... And I think if you compare those, you can realize why Lucifer wants that so badly 😏
I just got though watching season 6, and here are a few minor spoilers: My major disappointment was that Mr. Saidoutbitch was not in this season. My favorite aspect of this season was how prominent a role Ella played. We have a new angel introduced, who’s first comments are about Michael screwing things up with Lucifer, and she won’t make the same mistake. She then seeks out the assistance of Dan, because in her words he got closer to killing Lucifer than anyone else. I took an immediate liking to this angel, and had high hopes for her. Her scorn of Michael actually got my hopes up that she would become God, freeing Lucifer to live out his life on Earth, and her choice of Dan, rather than Malcom, who actually succeeded in killing Lucifer, had me hoping she would get Dan out of Hell. I should also mention that this season 5 episode foreshadows Lucifer’s final fate in season 6.
Eve was a political addon in this season, they noticed they had no lbgutq representation so they brought eve back as 100% g@y even when she never looked at maze like that......but SOMEONE had to be turned and it was logical to the writers to bring back eve than turning Dan 6uality
I love the little signs of Lucifer's character development. At the beginning he didn't like hugs but now he's giving them.
Maze & Eve sneaky checking out each other’s asses is 🥰
7:38 Some important words there from Linda

yes she was being naive and foolingly selfish but she growed smarter now and she learned to be more badass like Maze

The Linda/Adriana subplot was the first time I felt the subplot outshined the main plot

i cant believe the shows over now
ikr I love ending everything was perfect ♥️
Which is why I’m waiting to see it after Dakara finishes this season first
S6 destroyed me. These reactions are going to keep me going.
I thought season 6 was great, especially Ella.
Not a good ending season. Few good episodes but definitely was expecting better.

Absolutely, that's my take too: She already had one...

I think she already had a fledgling soul in "Mr and Mrs Mazikeen Smith".
18 episodes 9 in a and 9 in b, the 6th season was splitted the same way and the 7th too even if not premiered yet
This is such a good episode...so happy for Linda.
Such a sweet moment between Amenadiel & Ella 💕

Both of the coolest characters have had sex with pretty much all people dudes or girls you are an idiot and a terrible one at that
Can you reaction to friends season episode 1
Dakara has watched all of friends, so I would imagine it would be difficult for her to do a reaction to it
Ayy you too slow
