It's that time of year again! In this video, I'll show you my costume, and then we'll do some fun makeup stuff. I hope you enjoy it! :)

I love the advice you give from your Halloween story! when I was a kid I wasn't allowed to read after bedtime, I was to go to sleep promptly at 8:00pm and I had to wake up around 4-5am because my parents were morning people (this was incredibly hard for me as a bookworm AND a night owl!) Now, as an adult, I let myself read as long as I want (within reason) and I work night shift as a registered nurse because I simply DESPISE waking up early 😂 so now when I wake up at 6pm to get ready for work, it's not technically considered being lazy! Love the Halloween costume and video Mary! Thank you for being so wonderful and an inspiration to your viewers! 💕

You and I had an incredibly similar childhood in the way of our parents that ‘couldn’t be bothered’. If I wanted a Christmas tree, by George, I had to go cut one down myself. Absolutely no trick or treating, Easter egg hunts, birthday parties....zip. I go absurdly overboard now. Even as far as to decorate for St. Patrick’s day! :) I can’t have any children of my own, so I get to spoil nieces and nephews with it and they seem to have a blast with me. Keep killin’ it with the Holiday celebrations Mary! I sure appreciate watching you enjoy it!

I have always LOVED your halloween videos. You're costumes are always so unique and well thought out! ❤ your theory about doing the things you always wanted to do but couldn't as a child. I missed out on a lot as a child and never considered the fact that I can do whatever I want now lol. Well, at least not until I had kids. I always thought to myself,, "When I'm a mother I will always make sure my child gets the opportunity to do "this" or "that". Now, experiencing things through their eyes is the best. But, especially experiencing things for the first time together. The best.. ❤ :You're never too old to have fun! ❤

Oh dear, I remember learning to sew a really wide skirt from my gran and also rumminging through my mother´s wardrobe looking for an underskirt for it when this fashion came back for a while in my country in the 80´s :o) we had a different regime then, so there was not much in shops, we used to colour our white gym shoes some pretty colours to make them look like ballet flat shoes :o) enjoy your Halloween, Mary

The last time I went trick or treating I was 21. You are never too grown for fun! If I see teens or adults wanting candy I'ma give it to them. On that night? Everyone is baby. Everyone gets candy.
Im glad you think that way this year my 12 year old who's very tall for his age got told "aren't you I to big to be trick or treating, and wheres your custume?" He refuse to continue trick or treating!😥
The first time I went was 21. I had never been and my boyfriend dragged me out to do it. I walked 5 blocks in heels and a sexy costume because I didn’t plan on doing it but it was a great memory and the neighbors were nice 😂

the first time i ever experienced ASMR on TH-cam was a video of a girl doing her makeup with absolutely no loud music or anything, just her doing her makeup in silence and soft speaking a little bit. it didn’t have a name yet, but it was unintentional asmr😄 this reminded me of it🖤

I’m glad I watched till the end. I love your attitude about choosing to enjoy and celebrate holidays as an adult. I too had a mother who did not celebrate anything! I was an only child with a divorced mother who found holidays to be too much trouble and it was difficult being around kids who listed all the stuff they got for Christmas. That’s probably why I have too much stuff as an adult ie compensating etc. Anywho this year I’ll make more of an effort to be festive! Cheers!👻🎃💀

What I like to use for white face makeup is the lightest shade of elf hydrating Camo Concealer and just apply it on my face section by section. I really like the finished result of your costume! Happy Halloween!!🎃👻🦇

Lady! When do you find the time to paint your nails so often AND more importantly, would you share the remover that you use? Thank you for your content!!
im pretty sure in some of her nail videos she shows that she uses a nail polish remover jar you can get at a lot of drugstores. you stick a finger in, twirl and then a sponge helps take the polish off. ive never used one but im tempted!
@@elysianfieldz17 They work pretty well, sometimes you have to be careful with black polish getting everywhere. The only downside is that the remover is very drying and you're getting it all over your finger and not just your nail. But I liked using them

I watch A LOT of asmr and normally gravitate more to the smaller channels. I watched some of your latest video and seen that you hadn't uploaded in 4 months before that.. i actually was doing videos as well and I haven't uploaded in twice that amount of time. Even though I really want to every day, and have an endless amount of stuff for video ideas, I just can't find the motivation... but I applaud you for getting a video up and maybe that will inspire me lol.
