Dude! I have been following your videos all the way from Nairobi Kenya down here in Africa and i can tell you with a lot of certitude that you so courageous and very articulate on your pursuit. I am not an American to castigate those tyrant officers on what they do within their area of jurisdictions, but i can confirm that many of our police officers even here in Africa, are so arrogant and they need revitalization on how to handle the public, because within their small thinking, they think that they own our freedom. It never ceases to amaze me that when we need to see these public servants, they are always conveniently on vacation, out to lunch, at a meeting, out of the office, in the field and so forth. Why do we pay for their offices (or their jobs) if they are never there?

Ever notice that whenever you want to discuss a complaint the person is always "on vacation" or it's their day off, or you just missed them, or they are in a meeting.

I had a good friend who worked for this police department for several years. Sadly, he took his own life in 2011. Having known him since '91, I would like to think, and can pretty much guarantee that he would have been far more professional than any of these other officers. It's a damn shame that they lost one of the good ones...probably their best.
Why in government is people always on vacation, off duty, stepped out, out to lunch, had an emergency, etc. Like when do these people work? Why is it so difficult to talk to a higher up?
I’ve observed this, too. I think post masters are only ever at the post office 10% of the time. We are overpaying people for jobs that are obviously only part time.
Can I just say that I love that you pluralize a lot of your individual actions and interactions. Like you say "WE are gonna file complaints" or "they put their hands on US". Now I don't know if that is just how you talk or if you know the implication of using words like that. You are basically not only making your viewers feel like part of your videos but you are also accurately acknowledging the fact that a violation of rights against you or anyone is a violation of the constitution that enshrines all of our rights and thus a violation of the rights of one person is a violation against us ALL. likewise your actions for accountability are actions on the behalf of and benefiting ALL OF US. You are that only activist I know who's out there talking line that and even if it's not intentional, I appreciate you acknowledging that when auditors and activists get their rights violated that all of our rights are harmed. A lot of secretaries and admin assistants schedule their vacations when the boss is on vacation. There is enough here to make valid complaints you don't have to make up stuff. It cheapens the actual complaint. 😒
Wow, it's super obvious why that nimrod is on desk duty, he's an incompetent little jackaloon with abysmal skills when it comes to talking to other people in anything but a condecending tone. How fricken hard is it to just call and find out the answer instead of trying to make you call it? It would have taken a fraction of the time. He should be fired, frankly, or do some serious retraining, at minimum, because of his obvious contempt for the people he is supposed to be serving, and who pay his salary. I don't think he's safe to be around the public and will end up hurting people. He should not be in law enforcement, not with that attitude. Maybe do something that doesn't involve the public, like trash collector, or a job that is more in line with his personality, like moderating complaints on twitter, where the accounts are made up and the rules don't matter. But that whole place needs some serious retraining, they're totally incompetent, and refuse to actually do their jobs.

Gov. Is now putting up barriers so we can't access the services. They are saying you have to make an appointment. They are saying in some instances it has to be done of the telephone we don't talk to people face-to-face anymore. So when people started filming these agencies and showing what was going on, they had to come up with a new way to put a barrier between citizens and government.

YOU fill out Standard Form 95 listing the PUBLIC SERVANT and the crimes/torts committed agaisnt YOU along with an AFFIDAVIT OF FACTS (who,what,when, where, why) and YOU SUBMIT it (Certified Mail) to the CHIEF OF POLICE or Sherrif with a COPY to the Secretary of State ( accountability/enforcement). They have 6 months to adjudicate and SETTLE with YOU out of Court or they Risk YOU suing them in FEDERAL COURT.

Police discretion for city and State charges seems fishy. They will continue to slip. These losers are thier own worse enemy's. Like Judge Judy said. When they lie they have to have a good momory. You have to go and file an appeal to a ruling in a higher court.if you disagree with a ruling in a village court.
