    This can save a lot of people thousands and co-pays and doctor visits. Never understood why people pay for physical therapy like this over and over when you can do it at home for free

    This was a great help, both with demonstration and explanation of the exercises and the analysis of the actual physicality of the body. It's my body and yet, what I still didn't know!!! Thank you.

      This was great, I been tryin to find out about "hit cervix during intercourse pain after" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Siyrooklynd Eminent Secret - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? It is an awesome one off product for discovering how to end your fibroids problem without the headache. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my m8 got great success with it.

    A very good explanation to understand what the pelvic floor is and how to locate it ! so helpful for the common people to understand and also for us ( Physical therapy students) to explain to others who we come across.

    Very nice explanation and demonstrations. I think you are talking about Ashwini mudra, it is a contraction and relaxation of pelvic floor muscles.

    I found 2 trigger points. One on my 2 o'clock and on my 5 o'clock. I used the pelvic wand yesterday. Now I'm very sore, even though I didn't press hard because I was afraid. Is it normal to be sore after releasing the muscles?

    I have deep dyspareunia when I I am intimate with my boyfriend. I’ve taken birth control which didn’t help, painkillers don’t help. But there’s got to be something else I can do because I wanna be able to enjoy intimacy with my partner it shouldn’t cause pain supposed to cause pleasure

    • @laurynalana1876
      @laurynalana1876 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@luldiyeezy967 I haven’t done it yet. Professional therapy I mean. Before I was looking up moves online but I think I need to see a real specialist. I have to wait for my primary doctor to send a referral

    • @Ribird323
      @Ribird323 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I have the same issue. I’ve already ruled out endometriosis (by having a diagnostic laparoscopy) and no past trauma. It used to feel good then one day it started hurting and now nothing helps with the pain. My doctor said “good news is that painful sex never killed anyone”. But I want that intimacy back. I’m not sure what to do either and pelvic physical therapy is expensive
