How amazingly beautiful! Watching the grace of your movements in almost a silhuette kind of setting, foliage moving along in waves behind you, and the reflected luminosity on the floor in front of you truly opens my whole being to accepting the possibilities of human mastery in service of affirming Life. Thank you! Lovely music, too.
I am a yoga teacher classical yoga 200 hour and will be teaching vinyasa in the new year... this video is inspiring and VERY helpful.. THANK YOU! Namaste :)
You're making me homesick! : ) I used to take your flow workshops (& classes) when I lived in Chapel Hill 6 years ago. Your grace and sequencing are still beautiful, and inspire me as a Yoga instructor. In fact, I taught one of Tracy's sequences (halasana - navasana - dandasana - pochimottanasana & back, in one smooth loop) just this morning. Keep it up! Warm regards from Erika.
Thanks for the comment! There really is no trademark name for this style...I just practice this way. Rebecca and I have recently decided to market this style and call it MANDALA YOGA, so stay tuned! Tracy
Thank you for your interest. We find music that has just the right beat (not too fast, not too slow) so the music can lead the way. The breath follows the music and the body follows the breath, It becomes a feeling meditation that helps the practitioner convey his/her interpretation of what the music is expressing.
Thank you for your thoughtful comment! Unfortunately I cannot write out the entire flow as we are only given so much space for a reply. Perhaps if you viewed it on a computer with a better connection you could see it from start to finish. Good luck! Tracy
I agree! When we shot the video it was just so we could see how it worked with the music, and when we saw that it was in perfect sync, a friend put the video up on you tube for us. We would do it again (closer next time), but Rebecca just had twins and has her hands full!
Hey Erin, there's a reason the quality is bad...we were simply videotaping for ourselves, to see how the sequence looked, and when the routine ended in sync with the music an office helper decided to upload it to TH-cam. If we'd known it would turn out so perfectly, believe me, we'd have taken more care!
Thank you. The fluidity is beautiful. As I watched, my body could feel the grace of the asana and sequence.

@triangleyoga Thanks a lot friend, I appreciate it!!
Very creative. My only criticism would be that it moves too fast? But what do I know... kudos! :)
Nice video. I wish that it was videotaped closer up. It would be nice to see it clearly.
