I wish our breeder did this! Your timing is great for this video! I have an 11 week old cavapoo and his feet and booty are a mess! I did trim his eyes on the day we brought him home but it was hard for me! You make it look easy

We have had 8 dogs in our lives but to this day I just can’t do nails lol grooming no problem . I have tried everything on the market I think 😂 . So we spend money every week to bring her to get her nails done. 🤦🏻

yes, golden retriever and poodle genes,.... they get the white markings from the poodles. (parti poodles, tuxedo, abstract, etc)
Out of curiosity why do you shave the long couple of hairs off his privates? I thought these hair were to her help guilty guide the wee so it doesn't go everywhere
no... that long hair can actually cause a UTI if its kept unclean. we like to keep it short and i notice with the males that live with me, once it gets long, it can actually make the pee go directions its not supposed to lol

nope. multiple baths and blowdries by now. and 2 other mini grooms before this time.

we recommend once the dog is fully matured or almost. our minis stop growing after about 7 months old, so i tell my families 7-9 months old is best
Definitely think with these breed of dogs, it’s good to have the trained to be comfortable with grooming since it’s such an important part of their future lives. (Being long haired)

Why do you not remove the dew claws?
there are some studies that have shown it can cause arthritis in that area once they are older... and since we dont have issues with dew claws ( as long as they are trimmed ) there is no reason to remove them. i personally did it for years, and can do it myself ( i was a vet tech for 7 years ) but i dont think its necessary.
