Thanks for capturing everyones hard work at Blizz! Alot of the artists involved in the creation of this zone deserve credit who build this world. There is alot of hard behind the scenes work that goes into this, thank the passionate world builders, prop artists, environment and dungeon artists :)

It's such a shame that less ppl seem to appreciate such things (been there, done that, and I surely get the frustration in general, and some of the reasons behind all that, but the last thing that should be blamed is this game as a whole; let alone the zones and the ppl behind them - and that happens a bit less often indeed, so much that it really has seemed as a popular opinion to me, or at least the art is appreciated more in the online places I dwell in, lol). No one should expect credit or validation though, as long as they know they did something right and they are happy about it :p That said, I'd change a few colors in each department as I prefer the darker (higher contrast?) environments like classic's, mog pieces included, because after TBC everything started becoming less and less colorful and dark, simultaneously (there were exceptions ofc, even if I can't truly recall many due to staying offline for so long - mostly during Legion iirc, which was the last time I truly played). But that's really nothing. In reality, if you miss this game you end up returning and enjoying it in some form and for some time, with its flaws and whatever you count as flaws, hopefully minor ones. And, although kinda too dreamy (just saw some call these vibes "girly" as if that's the worst thing that can happen, lol), this zone is quite closer to what I've missed seeing, same as the centaur places I had noticed right away. Can't wait for my new laptop to be ready for this, should've returned 1-2 year(s) earlier but several things get in the way, and more will probably follow, knowing my usual luck and this world. Maybe my guildmates haven't all disappeared (like I did for yet another time due to PC and life issues).

Only recently did I find out that samwise has had a yt channel, too... I've already collected enough art to look at and be inspired by (just for some sketches here and there, again), but all these guys really deserve more attention ...plus the eye candy and interesting videos are never enough... I mean, generally speaking, dunno what they usually upload xD But I will find out. And maybe after I've played enough I'll manage to draw whatever chars I'll end up finalizing (mog wise, mainly, I suppose). Not that I'll be deciding *more* easily from now on, I keep adding possible chars to the list...

They really knocked this one out of the park. There’s about 10 zones in this game I’ve had to stop, put my speed on walk, and just cherish. This is one of them.
Amirdrassil emerged from the Dream and now it is present in the physical world. The Night Elves have a new World Tree and a new capital, but Tyrande wants to replant Teldrassil somewhere in the future. I don't really believe that, since Blizzard is not very good at updating the status of the old world. Anyway, I hope it will soothe some of the broken hearts. I smiled a lot when I've discovered past adventures Night Elves in Bel'ameth and Amirdrassil. But I still can't forget the destruction of Teldrassil and how some people in Blizzard thought it was an acceptable idea to move forward with that. Regarding the music, they used some of the Emerald Dream tracks. But I think it's a big mistake for not including most of Leo Kaliski's tracks. How dare they try to create a story?! They must be the reason a lot of people die in real-life... Horrible people... Just wanted to add, you make a living out of the work of those people.
You create a story from many things. Not necessarily ruining the starting zone and the capital of one of the most beloved fantasy races in the game. They had it wrong (and not only this, but multiple things) and the number of people who left and did not care about the game and the lore increased exponentially to where we are now: we finally have a very good expansion but people are not coming back much. And from the people coming back, there are more people willing to play Classic than Retail. No, I do not make a living out of these people: 1. It's a company and we have a partnership. It means that they also gain from this relationship. I think my videos also convinced some people to play the game again. 2. I am not making a living out of this channel and I don't receive any payment from Blizzard. I still pay may expansions, and subscription like all of you. If you stay a while and think about it, you will discover that I have invested more than just my time into this and I don't think I deserve these words. P.S.: The people who took this decision are probably gone from the company anyway. If you read more about this topic, you will discover that this created a lot of controversy inside Blizzard too. And by the way, why is the criticism not permitted (even with financial ties)? Salutations!
@@Meisio I love your work, but the war of Thorns is the greatest quest line Blizzard has ever put in this game. Building something we hold dear, something with 14 years and hours upon hours of nostalgia ultra behind it, and then to have it burn with thousands of elves in it before our very eyes is something only WoW could pull off. It was tragic, and it was beautiful. No piece of fiction has ever made me cry that hard. Nothing ever will again.
@@Lehmannation1923 If you want some tragedy unfolding before you and situations which make you cry, I think you should watch the news. WoW was (still is to some degree) my happy place, the place where I go to relax. I don't need this type of nostalgia built up for so many years so they can destroy it in one patch for the sake of roller coaster feelings (e.g.: Game of Thrones show was successful but I can also argue that many people hated the finale).
Such lush and vibrant environs paired eloquently with the compositions. The Art/Visuals team is truly a marvel. It's unfortunate Meisio doesn't have hundreds more subs for all the effort. It's clearly done out of passion for the game.
I never played with DF, but I enjoy these music nevertheless. I love that I can explore this part of the world this way. Thank you very much, Meisio, for your hard work and dedication!

You are sitting on the toilet, watching World of Warcraft videos on your phone, remembering the good old days before soulless corporate monsters destroyed Blizzard as a creative force in the world. But suddenly you push so hard that your electromagnetic field amplifies and integrates with your phone. You wake up in Amirdrassil, pantless, beneath a verdant canopy of strange trees. The air is cool and crisp; the breeze smells of honeysuckle and peacebloom. Ancient stone monuments to some forgotten god jut out of the earth here and there, instilling in you a sense of spiritual reverence. Spirit whisps drift about, shimmering with silvery light, illuminating a path that leads deeper into the forest. You clean your butt off with a handful of briarthorn and set off to explore this new place, full of the wonder and the sense of adventure you thought you'd lost as you grew up. Life, you realize, is in the music of nature, in the earth around you - not on your computer or in your bank account.
But go ahead and define/mention the first part's details and story. Many use those words nowadays but they really twist the truth to shift the blame to very different stuff than the actual soulless corporate monsters... No wonder the real world is destroying the imaginary ones though, huh? Especially when almost everyone is actively supporting and spreading all the self inflicted prophecies, vicious cycles, and the confusion and fanaticism/absolutism/stubbornness (all of which highlight the impeccable maturity of most humans, who'd rather dig their own grave by blaming anything they can instead of changing their own wrong direction - assuming anyone can understand and differentiate between wrong and right anymore, but why should we when we can keep blaming companies and each other?!? lol...).
