I haven’t been to church in a long time, not because I don’t want to, but my family is scared to go…I’ve gotten scared to go back. I miss the feeling and teachings, however I don’t know how to get back on the path. I feel regret and guilt for it, but I don’t know what to do, or who will hear me. I love the church, however, it feels out of reach. I know our savior listens, yet I still feel….lost. This song and message is really speaking to me, and I know things will work out in the end, it’s apart of his plan. May everyone have am amazing rest of your day 💗
I may not know exactly how you feel, but after churches went online, I was scared to go back once it was time to go back in person. Really scared. But don't feel guilty! The savior knows how you feel and will help you, it will just take some leaps of faith of your own, and he will be with you always. I've personally realized that no matter how out of reach something feels, if I just start trying and praying, God is always with me even if I thought I didn't deserve it. But really everyone deserves it. God loves each of us and understands each of us. And he helps me come back every time. Have an amazing day, too!!!!!💖💖💖
You can do it! Just one little step at a time. Life is always better with Christ and the gospel.

I love the symbolism of the video, we are in a world of darkness with Christ as our light. But we arnt just meant to stand in the light forever but to go back into the darkness to being more people into the light. Sometimes it is successful and people will join you, some my seem interested but not change and some will block you out. But in the end when the light reaches us all we will a join in and rejoice together.

This just shows how important we are, for me, the light is the gospel, lighting our lives, as we see those people in the dark seem to be distracted by worldly things, but as the one in the light went to the dark, to go to those in the dark, eventually those whom she helped, helped other people, eventually all of them in the light, the Gospel, lighting their lives, even though there were some who was about to go with them but eventually waned, the time came that they too eventually had the light shining upon them,
The Message reminds us that we members, are those in the light, and those outside are those who God prepared for us, to bring them back to the light, until all are in the light, trusting in the Lord that He will direct our paths, that He will guide us, and that this Great Work is a GREAT WORK❤️

Last week, my seminary teacher had us sing this song, since it was her turn to pick one to sing. While we were singing, 1, it was really good. I could feel the spirit, 2, my seminary teacher heard a voice telling her to look up as we were singing and it made her cry. That day during seminary was awesome. Not just because of this, but the lesson was awesome. She asked us to share miracles and we read 2 verses that day, and spent the rest of the time talking. It was such a good lesson

Currently, Japan is in a dangerous economic and military situation, and there are many things that make me anxious, but I feel like I can feel peace by listening to this song.

Favorite song during FSY CaMalNov, up until now. Learned a lot from FSY. Missing all the counselors, co-company, participants, and staff I've met. 5 days wasn't enough, if I could re-live those 5days again I would over and over again. The FSY 5 days activity was the best 5 days of my life. It gave me the desire to serve a mission and share the Gospel of the Lord.

I adore this video and it brings me to tears every time I see it. The dancing is gorgeous as is the voice of the singer, but I'm especially moved by the symbolism of reaching for the light and the hope that it brings, the light of our Savior Jesus Christ. And as the video shows, technology can be a wall that we hide behind and that keeps us from the Spirit...and each other. It gives me so much hope to see these youth choosing the light...and I LOVE the choreography

As a musician for many years, I can say that no one beats the songs of EFY and CES songs. It gives me more of the reminisce to listen to the different songs and structure of how they compose their music. I hope they are open for everyone to submit their works and published orginially. I missed Kenneth Cope, Lex De Azevedo, Cherie Call, Hilary Weeks, Nashville Tribute Band, Tyler Castleton and tons of LDS Composers. Loving LDS music so much!

I am blown away by the power of this video every time I watch it. To literally see hands, bodies, eyes reaching up to the light of the Savior, and turni g awsy from the world and technogy, makes me weep. And the power of dance here, and the growing number of youth participating, touches me deeply. The expressions of need and hurt on some of the members is raw. The words, the voice " we know His voice, we've heard it before," the dance of power, beauty and grace...and the light, all give me hope that somehow, against all odds, my youth, and others, can turn awat from the dark and reach up to the light of the Son

You can try to talk to heavenly Father just close your eyes and tell him everything and then just close your prayer in the name of Jesus Christ and then listen for a little while and then when you feel good that is the Holy spirit manifestation.
This reminds me of my FSY experience and how it really affected me and it made me closer to God. It was the best 5 days of my life

Jesus é maravilhoso. Quero dar um testemunho aqui da maravilha que Ele fez na minha vida .Fui fazer exames de rotina em setembro do ano passado e no meu exame deu achados suspeitos. Fiquei desesperada. Fui no mastogista e ele disse que eu tinha que fazer uma biopsia. Pra ver se era realmente um câncer maligno ou benigno. Fiz uma pequena cirurgia pra fazer a biopsia. Meu resultado foi maligno. Mas não era invasivo. Tive que passar por outra cirurgia pra fazer a retirada dos seios esquerdo. E novamente iria pra biopsia. Meu medo era ter que fazer quimio. Saiu meu resultado e pra honra e glória do senhor nem a rádio eu precisei de fazer. Meu resultado não deu metástase e nem era invasivo meu câncer. Deus foi maravilhoso comigo me poupou de um tratamento agressivo. Passei por uma tempestade mas Deus logo tirou ela de mim. Obrigado Jesus.

I have been struggling with depression and feeling worthless, and I feel like all of my friends don't trust me anymore, but this song, and that line, helps me get through everything.

There is so much symbolism in this video. The stepping into the light and feeling the warmth of the light. I also recall a weight being lifted off of my shoulders when I stepped back into the light. A weight that I didn't even realize was there until I returned back to the gospel. It's funny and sad how easily we are persuaded and seduced by Satan without even considering it is happening. A small step here and then another one there, until we have stepped so far off the path that we end up letting go and getting lost without even intending to step into the dark.
I love the face of the young woman in the orange top at the end of the video. Her face radiates peace and joy and it just makes me smile. I also love the part of the song that says, "He opens our eyes, Fills us with peace, Lifts up our weary souls..." When they are showing the three young women lift up the fourth young woman, and the girl being lifted has this sincere face of relief that thoroughly resonates with me and touches my heart, because I have been that girl more times than I care to admit. I love how it shows other young women lifting her up, because it is reminder of that is how Heavenly Father works, through and with the help of other people.
This is one of my favorite songs and videos by the Church of Jesus Christ.

Never in my life has a song penetrated my soul like this song. It is not just the music and the words. He sings with all of his heart & soul. The back up singers did, too.
