There are different narrations of reciting the Quran, the most common is the narration of Hafs, which is the Quran pages used in the video. But what Habib is reciting is not the narration of Hafs. There are words that change but the meaning stays the same. E.g. In surah al Baqarah, ayah 9, narration of Hafs part of the ayah is reciting like this: *...وَمَا يَخْدَعُونَ إِلَّآ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ* And in the narration of Ibn Katheer, Naafi' and Abu 'Amr part of the same verse is recited like this: *وَمَا يَخادِعُونَ إِلَّآ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ* The difference is the words: يخدعون/يخادعون As I could not find any pdf copies in these narrations I had to use the Quran pdf in the narration of Hafs. It may look like Habib Umar is reciting words incorrectly, but that is not the case. As for if its mistakes in Tajweed, then while Habib was reciting this in Tarawih with scholars praying in the row behind him, according to the Shafi madhab, while following along with a mushaf, he would have been corrected where necessary.

If its some mistakes in tajwid, then its possible for anyone during Tarawih (where this was recorded live, then the audio was edited to only include the Quran recitation). If it's perceived mistakes in the recitation of the words, then there are different narrations in terms of reciting the Quran, where the words change but the overall meaning does not. For instance in the widely recited Quran recitation of Hafs, in surah al-Baqarah from verse 9 it reads: [ وَمَا يَخْدَعُونَ إِلَّآ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ ] And in the narration of Ibn Katheer, Naafi' and Abu 'Amr the part of the same verse is read as: [وَمَا يُخَادِعُونَ إِلَّآ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ] It is from the narration of ibn katheer or Abu 'Amr which Habib Umar recited from in the tarawih prayers. Hope this info helped.
