This skin is like a new hero, the difference between el goblino and goblin skin is so significant El goblino can't attack but this skin can And the traps too!
I believe its an 50/50 to get one of the skins And 100 percent chance to get the other one if you allready got one(like getting the goblin one after getting the stump one)
theyre obtained from the new battle mimic which only spawns through pvp mode, personally i like grinding either volcano valley or toy takeover but any map works
