Facts OG! This is exactly why I jumped on the MAGA bandwagon. I was a super liberal progressive before in 2016. I finished law school in 2018, and I went into local government work. I began to notice how voices like the lady in this video dominated all conversations. Everything was tied to race and sex. Everything was racist and patriarchal. Everything thing was homophobic and transphobic. Then I noticed the people ( mostly women) pushing this crap were openly discriminating against men, white women, and anyone on the right. The people that push this crap are the biggest hypocrites of them all. They are the bigots. I am so done with hearing their BS

Black men got into positions of power the correct way. They honed their skills to be the absolute best for the job. Once they got there they had the best shield in terms of criticism. Who is better qualified? Nobody. Black women are doing it all wrong. They want to be given the position and then use slander to shield themselves. Black women have not realized that with short cuts the position is always temporary. Black men are not even a target when it comes to DEI. If it dissappeared tomorrow black men will be just fine because men act differently. I think deep down men understand that certain positions requires a certain responsibility. I'm much more comfortable getting into an airplane with a black man as a pilot who went through the proper training than a black woman who got there because of DEI.

@@GuyIncognito__ I'm one of the 18%. If there's a significant downsizing, then that will lead to inefficiency, which was the game plan for the GOP all along. Break the government, show on display that government doesn't work, and rationaize the privatization of these federal components.
Caseloads will balloon, which means an increase in processing and wait times. That pertains to entities like Veterans' Affairs or the Social Security Administration (where I currently work as of this year).
Of note, the federal government is the largest employer in the country, so what is the real reason why almost 1.7 million jobs are on the chopping block?

That lady is really stretching the idea of what diversity means when it comes to managing the risk inherit in a stock portfolio. Diversity of a stock portfolio is to manage losses if your more premium stocks don't meet expectations. Not the same thing. Its like she thinks the definition is the one she wants us to have, and not what it actually means to investing.

She's actually wrong about Dei driving higher profitability Etc. It was proven wrong recently, the only reason it wasn't proven wrong earlier is because there are Dei indexes. We trade over here, and therefore if someone has wrong information and we can trade the opposite side, we aren't going to sit there and correct their bad thoughts. Many times, bad info gets out. But if it has impact on stocks, and we can use it.... Lol... We trade stocks, we don't moralize.
