Trust you and yours are well , be safe and keep up the good work.......building a 10ft by 8ft Man cave at the moment with work bench with room for a small spray booth etc...gonna be grand, nothing like a cosy area to relax restore die casts and a fridge with real Ale in .....Yum!
Hi Bob,you have done a fantastic job with this model. Back years ago, about 45 years,my old boss had one similar and I used it to go to the bank and also for Friday's refreshments and butcher run for company weekly BBQ. It was beautiful car .It also was very easy to park.Much better than the other company cars. At that time I was just a junior with a red p plate. Doing what a junior does running errands in a Roller.
Hallo Bob! Great choice on the silver and cream color scheme, turned this into an elegant-looking Rolls. I'd have to say that this is now my second favorite two-toned color restoration (the first one being your Corgi Studebaker Golden Hawk Custom Restoration). Keep up the wonderful work and videos. That’s a Big diffrents for sure Bob, great choice on the tu- tone colors on the Rolls very nice 👍. That window screen was a bugger to remove, maybe at the factory the screen was warmed when pressed into the car to give it a tight fit around the rivet post, just a thought 💭 to why it was a pain to remove, but you as always conquered the problem. The old Rolls looks ready for a trip to a wedding, good job. You have to remember to turn off the magnetic floor, it even attracts plastic windscreens, I thought you were going to hit your head again...lol.

I have one of these Silver Wraiths which has been languishing in a box for years - it is playworn, but remarkably, the mascot is still on the radiator and the paint is not too chipped. I'm just going to clean it in a sonic washer. New tyres, no box, but it looks OK. Not quite as fresh as that one you've just finished though! Great job! Nice choice of colours.

You probably know this Bob but if you drill a small hole in the glass, it stops it cracking any further x
The end result of this Rolla is definitely a thing of beauty Bob - however I'm guilty of fast forwarding in parts due to the camara angle - so no more toddies before you start a resto
Looks great , though I would black out the windows as there is no interior and paint the grille , wheels and bumpers matt black .

Try mixing some talc with black paint to make matt paint.

Great work Bob but the colours didn’t work for me and you also didn’t lacquer it !
Sorry I might not have shown the lacquer process but I lacquer everything, especially when I do a 2-tone so as to seal the two different colours together.
