ray should be the one organising scrims and doing stuff the team doesn't want to do and karma should be the mediator handling personalities and in game plays/strats
Karma and Ray dual coach? Ray has great insight even though he can come off strong at times. Karma can be there because he's clearly a strong mind in CoD and speak up and be the voice if no one else is going to.. He obviously provides more to the team than just that but it's whether the team and Karma even want that to exist to see if it would work. Probably too much to ask for in Scump's last year competing.
I'd like to see Karma as a Coach alongside Rambo he could balance things out so that this shit doesn't happen in the future. Rambo is a good coach.....buuuttt he clearly has things he needs to work on as a coach and how he handles situations like this specifically. Which is something that karma would clearly be the best at handling these issues with the players.
