- Sinn Féin’s Mary Lou McDonald has labelled the housing crisis a “catastrophe” during a heated shouting match with Taoiseach Micheál Martin in the Dáil.
It comes as the opposition accused Housing Minister Darragh O’Brien of denying that there was a “housing emergency”.

So he failed to answer the question so Sinn Fein seems to be correct - its debates like this that Im watching to make up my mind where my vote will go and failure of ministers to answer relevant questions only means that for the first time in my life I won't be voting FF it looks like. @@tomr4376 I detest ff & fg with a passion. The point I'm making is that Sinn Fein will be more of the same and labour have turned into a socialist monster and are unelectable. I'm just finished with politicians and their lies period. I want autonomy because I believe in the majority rule and most of us in this country are intelligent enough to make decisions on tax, law and infrastructure.
