People can ship what they want And I doubt Atsushi sees him as a father. There’s a difference between a father and son like relationship and seeing eachother as… Father and son. Atsushi looks up to Dazai, and sees him as his mentor in a way. There’s nothing wrong with the ship
I love the vid and the characters but the ships are wrong Dazai is a grown man and is in love with Chuuya whiles Atsushi is a teenager and in love with Akutagawa but you can ship whom you like just stating something to prevent you from getting hate btw i love your vids in general
Atsushi is 18, and, there are not confirmed ships in BSD, everyone can ship whatever they want (except things like Kenji, Q or Kyoka with actual adults)
I personally don’t ship Dazushi but you should definitely know that Soukoku and Shin Soukoku are completely fannon, not cannon. Atsushi and Dazai don’t have any Cannon love interest(yet) and neither do Chuuya and Akutagawa. Also Atsushi is 18 years old so legally not a teenager anymore, Akutagawa is 20 years old so definitely an grown ass adult and both Dazai and Chuuya are 22, with Chuuya being a few months older. But I gotta agree that Dazushi does feel kinda weird and gives off Adult x Kid vibes since they honestly act a lot like a big and younger brother duo or even like father and Son. (Absolutely no hate tho)
it is not, there is NO ship canon in BSD, because it isnt an anime oriented on that type of things. I get why people usually ship sskk and skk, they have like some sexual tension between them but PLEASEEEEEEEE just respect all legal ships (dazatsu is legal DAZAI IS 22 y/o AND @🍣 IS 18 y/o, im just saying) And tbh SOME sskk/skk shippers are just too toxic, they even wish death to other people that doesnt ship them (but those are mostly soukoku shippers). I left the fandom because of those toxic and crazy shippers and fans
