  • Learn how to Cook Crispy Pork Belly (LECHON KAWALI) with NO OIL using SALADMASTER ELECTRIC SKILLET!
    This Dish called Lechon Kawali very famous in Filipinos dish that you can cook and serve for any kind of celebrations it is best serve with any pickled vegetables or dipping sauce like Calamansi and Soy sauce , fermented spiced vinegar or just simple vinegar and minced garlic.
    The conventional way of cooking this dish takes up to 48 years that’s includes boiling and deep frying 😆 but with saladmaster way it will only take 30-40mins depending the thickness of your slice even if it’s frozen.
    If you follow This recipe it is very easy to make especially using our saladmaster cookware electric skillet or stove top gourmet skillet without adding any oil at all!
    This is a great food to cook and serve to your special ones.

    Naging crispy po ba yung balat? And lumambot po ba yung meat, compare po sa traditionally na i-boiled muna yung meat before frying?

      Yes crispy ang balay and lumambot ang laman. Yung pinag lutuan ko na salad master skillet ay parang pressure cooker narin. Airtight xa while you’re cooking. This is another method na mas mabilis and easy. Yung tradition cooking like laga and deep fry is another method yun and both the same masarap.

    I wanted to cook something for dinner without the hassle of preparing. I wanted it more crispier so i cooked 20mins both side and it was tender too. It came out perfect the way i wanted.
