Need to show a link for attachment on a form, which is saved earlier to a BLOB column. the attachment could be pdf or jpg. when a user click on the link the attachment file will open with the corresponding software like pdf viewer or photo viewer. I am using APEX 18.2 on 12C database. Could you help me please?
