Sir, Good effort to spread awareness about office rules and regulations among Government officials specially.
One correction required in your PPT, In option II (pay fixation from DNI) your PPT shows " on the date of promotion, employee will be placed to the next level WITH EQUAL or more pay"
but as per DOPT circular, he will be placed in NEXT HIGHER CELL (NOT EQUAL) in the promoted level.
In your verbal instructions you have correctly mentioned only higher cell.

My joining date is 11/01/2002 & I got absorbed into central level autonomous body from 01/01/2006. I haven't any pay progression after 01/01/2016. What should be my increment date as per 7th CPC ???
