Your voice is so powerful. Saying prayers of love and healing for you and your family. Thank you for sharing your sister’s story, as well as your strength and advocacy.
Canada, DO BETTER! And shame on you, Canadian police. There is NO excuse or reason to explain the way police handled themselves here. Indigenous people matter. All Indigenous lives are precious and deserve to be protected, always. No conditions attached. Pamela matters and she deserves justice.
    No more stolen sisters ❤️

I remember her in highschool. She was in the grade above me and she stood out. Always smiling, joking around.

Stereotyping, discrimination, racism, a 2nd class people who’re mostly ignored and disregarded - this is the treatment we got in the past and sadly, which we STILL receive today! 😢 The police lack accountability all around. When does any officer ever get criminally charged for their wrongdoings?!? Never!! 👎 It needs to change!!! 💪

Hearing your story in full is upsetting, the way things were handled from the get-go. Qujannamiik for all you do, bringing awareness and seeking justice for sister, her children and all Indigenous people!

I'm so shocked to hear that Canadian police are worse than ever. Claiming a person as something they're not through hunches. No more stolen sisters

I found you on Tiktok and I want to thank you soo much for spreading awareness! If you don't mind I would love to include you in my college assignment for my Community Support Worker course. I am doing a presentation and research essay on my chosen Indigenous Hero. To me, you are a hero because you are in the fight to make sure there are no more stolen sisters!!

I live in Canada and this does not surprise me when it comes to indigenous people they do nothing but yet this is a serious action that needs to change immediately. Canada is no better and they have a history of hiding things. This makes me angry

I’m so sorry you lost your sister without any information of exactly what happened (& the perpetrator paying for his crime). Were her children too young to be aware of the dysfunction in the family? They must be adults by now, do you have any contact with them?

Vanessa, everyone takes nude photo's for their lovers, this doesn't mean one is employed through sex trade. Also the candy cane story is just too funny, thank you for sharing you're story with us.

Was trafficking ever looked at as an angle? There are a few cases of MMIW in Hamilton. Also has Sudbury been checked it's the trafficking corridor to the west and east.
