- The Kinnaur Kailash Yatra covers my third of the five holy Kailash peaks. It was nothing more than the blessing of Mahadeva that I could visit his highly energetic abstract and cryptic location, and to add to it on the auspicious day of Krishna Janmashtami in 2023. This docu-vlog covers my yatra, the logistics, difficulties and real-time insights as experienced on this arduous yatra. All paths of Mahadeva are highly difficult but also highly fulfilling if we keep walking in his grace, each step changing and expanding the very fragment of our atomic states. His paths also make us aware of the cosmic intelligence that invisibly envelopes our micro presence as an unique yet integral point in the cosmos, and the experiential states of sensory expansion we arrive at through the surrounding geography, geometry and astronomical pointers .. such as Krishna Janamashtami & Shiva vortex in this yatra. Albeit the inward path to Mahadeva... a continuum... though absolutely static.. a path that is summit itself.. a state .. Shiva tattva …

Thanks for your kind words . Though I do not get much time to remix .. I generally use lots of loops from garage band software (free). Being in sounds and visualisations as my practise .. I generally stick to it.. I divide the flow as Gunas and generally use aperiggio (recent) or bass loops

Thank you Dr for this video. I could reconnect our holy Kinnaur kailash yatra in 2018 july after my retirement. We were fortunate to have Darshan in the heavy rainfall.
We returned safely with Mahadev's blessings. We had trekked before the official yatra. In 2018 the official yatra was cancelled.

When you go in yatra it is standard but can be crowded. When you go alone but near yatra season it may be less per day as camps are still up so nothing has to be ferried but if camps are dismantled and all needs to be carried it may be more. My pattern is difficult as I cannot give a general guide as to what it may cost per day but the best is to deal with transparent honest and clean people and mr negi is one of them. So so calm him give my reference and he will give u rates as per the season

You may have to check . Contact mr Anish he will guide u. You can go but u may need to walk in snow and also price will be high as u will require to carry tent etc
But u will get peace exclusivity too
What type of practice is required for this yatra sir
Not much
Just eat sleep on time
Avoid salty foods and sugary
And just go there without thinking you want to complete the yatra (let mahadeva be th judge)
Start each step slow and wear minimal clothes
Drink water and do not sit while climbing
The best thing is you cannot prepare for Himalayas at home
Certain things like eating sleeping on time walking will help
But main is get out there and you never know how much things u felt u were not able to do become a reality

Please share more videos like these sir! Also please make videos on how to improve fitness and become like you sir! Pl share with us your daily routine, diet and fitness regime. Also share with us in detail on how you accomplish such challenging yatras with minimal/no food.
