Writing this early in the morning from NYC. It is Feb 17, 2024 now. My life has never been the same since covid hit. Everything changed. Everything is different for me now. Reading these comments from so many beautiful humans makes me happy, gives me hope. I am here and this is now. The world is beautiful if we want it to be. I hope anyone reading this, in any country across this world, I wish you happiness. I wish you peace. Thank you to everyone here for lifting me.

Things always get better. Don't lose hope. I've had my own fair share of struggles that lasted for many years, but there did finally come a time when it ended. Looking back, what I went through seems like nothing now. That is because when facing trials and tribulations, we eventually develop the strength to carry the burdens of the past with ease. My eyes are literally watering. I do not know how to express it at the moment. I'm not getting enough sleep because of depression and anxiety, listening to it is such a great relief. Sad how we're missing on such simple and beautiful things available in nature.
I have anxiety too and I also have trouble getting to sleep. I just put my phone on the charger and put some relaxing music on and just clear my mind. Eventually sleep comes when you least expect it. It will be okay 💕
Almost 2am now where I am and I am nowhere near sleepy even though I am very tired. Racing thoughts just don't stop... it comforts me to know that I am not alone. I hope you feel the same way. We can do this, it will get better eventually ❤
Look up the 4-7-8 breathing technique. I've had the same issues also. It has helped. I hope it does for anyone else also. It's always worth try. Relaxing music helps as well. It certainly hasn't been one magical thing, it's a combination that one has to find that works for them. Sleep well strange friends. 😴
Recently I've had some frustrating nights where I can't sleep and take like 2 hours to do so, because of anxiety too. I don't know if this helps or not but just know you're not alone and there is people out there that can understand you. I know some days can be very hard but I hope you find some peace and feel a bit better ♡

This video inexplicably reminds me of my childhood dreams and memories. It reminds me of that magical thinking, pure-heartedness and curiosity for the world that children have. And for some reason, it also kind of makes me think of the book 'The Little Prince'. It makes me feel very calm despite all these responsibilities I have as I'm growing up and slowly becoming a real tax-paying adult haha thank you for posting this, it genuinely makes me feel very safe and relaxed :)

In the picture, I know it’s supposed to be stars, but, to me, it looks like snow in the sky. It brings being back to a nice memory: I was getting out a class and I just looked outside and snow was coming down. Just watching it glitter down from the street lamps was so beautiful💕 I lived in Texas my whole life, up until this pass winter we didn’t usually get a lot of snow, and when we did, it never lasted for a long period of time. Thanks for the sweet memory ❤️

Reminds me of a place where my late husband used to go on vacation on the gulf of Mexico. All the condos faced the beach. One could sit on the balcony and just watch the sea and hear this beautiful sound 24/7. I'd take a book out on the balcony thinking I would read, but I couldn't read. The ocean was so mesmerizing that I'd just nod off to the sound. With this video, I get to go back and enjoy the sound all over again.

The artwork is very nostalgic to me. It reminds me of road trips at night, back when I was younger, watching the lights on the side of the road, in front of stores, in the sky. I overthink a lot now, and everything is different, but this makes me feel contected to my younger self.

Reading a few comments i realise that NOT only me but many are facing difficulties in there life, dealing with their own problems, trauma, struggling for their dreams, THE NON-STOP THOUGHTS and unable to sleep, feels like hopes now ineed for another hope.. This video inexplicably reminds me of my childhood dreams and memories. It reminds me of that magical thinking, pure-heartedness and curiosity for the world that children have. And for some reason, it also kind of makes me think of the book 'The Little Prince'. It makes me feel very calm despite all these responsibilities I have as I'm growing up and slowly becoming a real tax-paying adult haha thank you for posting this, it genuinely makes me feel very safe and relaxed :)

Reminds me of a place where my late husband used to go on vacation on the gulf of Mexico. All the condos faced the beach. One could sit on the balcony and just watch the sea and hear this beautiful sound 24/7. I'd take a book out on the balcony thinking I would read, but I couldn't read. The ocean was so mesmerizing that I'd just nod off to the sound. With this video, I get to go back and enjoy the sound all over again.

Reading a few comments i realise that NOT only me but many are facing difficulties in there life, dealing with their own problems, trauma, struggling for their dreams, THE NON-STOP THOUGHTS and unable to sleep, feels like hopes now ineed for another hope..
