@@cre8r61 I actually watched that video before watching this one. I'm still undecided with which one to buy. Will have to wait a while anyway as I just spent $800 on a Gimbal & 10-18mm lens. The Gimbal I actually got from Ted's Cameras on special reduced from $599 down to $299. Bargain!!!

Hi there and thanks for watching - both the R50 and the R100 have the same dimensions so this should work as both cameras are 116 x 86 x 69mm. Meh. I returned the SmallRig Cage and got the neewer cage. Was like $20 cheaper and doesn't block the on/off switch, the built-in flash and the record button.
I appreciate your videos on the R50 but just about everything you do is shot out of doors. However a lot of content creators are working indoors in front of lights with an external lavaliere or shotgun mic and yet I have seen very little footage shot either by you or others demonstrating the abilities of the R50 under those conditions. Now is your chance to do something others are not doing. Also when you shoot how about pointing out when the footage is shot with the R50 and when you are shooting with another camera and demonstrating the R50. Thanks
The R50 is an amazing camera and credited in the videos I make. My video for using the R50 for Astro Photography shows the amazing results of this camera in low light with the kit lens.
