+Znovosad555, yes they do have plow shoes available from Fisher for the homesteader plows. Depending on how rough the gravel driveway is (or how frozen), you shouldn't have any problems. I have a homesteader 6'8" plow on my ford ranger without plow shoes and had no issue plowing on gravel. I will mention, however, that on a couple occasions where there was a brief thaw that allowed ruts to form and then refreeze solid, my plow did ride along the ridges and bounce more than usual. As long as I took those few areas a bit slower it was fine. Hope this helps.
I have a 54” blade on my atv. It controlled by the winch controller, sure you don’t get to sit in a heated car but it’s a hell of a lot easier to maneuver and I’m not worrying about wearing the front of my suv out and taking it on and off to go to town. This is a good idea in theory but I don’t think I would want anything to do with it
Fishers website has every electric/hydraulic schematic you can imagine for their plows, the installation, and maintenance info on the website. Poke around a bit. It can be a bit confusing to find some of the stuff.
Ya need to get in there and get a good run before ya hit the snow pile then just push her like a bulldozer i put one of these on my suzuki sammeri its a tank
Damn what I paid for my DK2 I could have gotten one that has hydraulics vs electrical 😑👀 well it works I guess I’ll have to keep using it will something else breaks down then I’ll have an excuse for a fisher
I have been having issues with mine the power angle doesn't always want to work it either locks up or when I angel to the left it raises. I have already tried to replace the B valve. The sad part is it's only one year and three months old and wasn't used much.
I would bet you would wreck your SUV especially if you were not good at are driving machinery, some people ( maybe a lot ) can't even pass a car parked on the street without taking a big U Turn around it, just imagine what they would do if they had a snow plow, their SUV would be all smashed and everything in the yard
Seems like this was filmed in the 90s!
with 80's music lol ... and those tight jeans
Early 2000s actually.

Do they make something for a utv like that yet. Thanks
James Petrick They're in the works. We just unveiled them at the NTEA Work Truck Show.
I would like to get a full schematic prints, to service my homestead plow. Can you give me a web page?

Are these plows still available? I'd like one on my 2011 Chevrolet Colorado.
I don’t think they make these any more, you may have to contact a dealer or find one for sale.
@@gibco25-offical56 thanks
@Fisher Plows, can you help figure out if you sell a plow that fits my vehicle?
Now my question is, is does it have snow shoes. Or will it handle gravel driveways fine?
You can get snow shoes for it

Home plow is the way you should have gone.
I was going to get one of these for a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK. The dealer told me it would void the warranty.
Green MTN Man they are full of shit!!
Buy a home plow
