You're right judge. When people told me that I could not become a surgeon years ago, I felt defeated that no one like you "believed" in me. It was because I was indigenous and we are minorities which people judge and ignore, sadly. I did well in high school and went to college to get an undergraduate degree in biology, with no one to help me, except large student loans. I bought used books, ate poor food (or didn't eat some days) had no family because I was a foster child for many years, could not afford a cell phone or car or anything other people my age may have. I tried hard because one professor in my school like me, and collected books from his former students for me to use. He pushed me, when I was in my darkest hours, and comforted me, when I was feeling low. He fed me at his home with his family. He lent me his car for important appointments. Eventually when it came to write my MCAT (medical school admission test) after graduation with a BSc in Biology, I was in the top 10% of scores in that year. I applied to 5 medical schools and was accepted into only one, a northern university where many indigenous people went. That aside after getting my MD degree, I applied for a surgery residency in the US, and was working at a big hospital, learning from the best. Now I am a thoracic surgeon, and my dreams have been realized, Judge! You are a believer, and thank-you for believing in those who have a story like mine, and who might be down and out.
Judge Caprio is such a lovely man....full of empathy and compassion....and the youngan was so respectful....I hope he finds employment soon. Judge Caprio.... love you. ❤
This show has really helped me with my job in law enforcement. I am more compassionate as a result of seeing how this judge operates. People make mistakes and sometimes they just need a break.
I definitely understand depression after my mom died when I was 31. I wish this guy the best and I hope some companies tracked him down for a job. He's genuine.
These are great, I suffer from depression and anxiety and these help me tremendously... Shout out to Sargent Quinn's monologue at the end... the "chugging salad dressing on your Instagram" comment sounded like it he was shouting out to one of his kids lol

What this judge does is incredibly generous and forgiving to those who really need help in tough times. That being said, I wonder how cops or other judges feel about him?
When the judge said to the ma to pull the kids ear back home.. man did that remind me of my childhood.. maybe that's why my ears are stretched out to this day..
