what if the R216 does connect but there is no wifi working i.e when u go to search a brower it dont work but when u login to check on the hub u see 4g but up and down is showing but no up or down speeds ? and u put the same sim in another hub and then it works?

If you reset the router, It might work. resetting the router doesn't really make the router faster, that depends on your ISP. resetting the router is useful is you have network and connectivity issues.

I did this then it asked me to sign into network with my Sim pin. I didn't have it so I put puk and got a new one. it then takes it and restarts but then it asks for it again and again and again even if I say save pin...
so I removed the pin requirement from the Sim but now it just restarts the whole time and doesn't even throw out WiFi cause it just restarts. I tried other Sim cards but it has the same issuses. what can I do

Hi @Mbah, if you forgot your admin password, you have to factory reset the device and use the default ones, which are admin for username and admin for password.
