make sure your device is oppo F11 pro (CPH1969).
Make sure mtk byoass status is DISABLED.
And make sure to uncheck this partition 3:36

disconnect from pc.
Then press 3 buttons at the same times for few second,if the device still won't boot, try reflashing it by checking the "preloader"

Hello Sir! Sill no screen display, only vibrations and i think it bootloops because when i charge the device it vibrates every few seconds. Also, may I know what is a emmc dump file? Is it needed to unbrick my device?

You can try using another firmware version.
and if previously you flashed it by checking "preloader", try to reflash without checking "preloader"
if there is no change, maybe the emmc on the device is damaged
