You should rebuild the 400ex before it fries a piston and wrecks the crank. Get the right sized piston as well and change out the sprockets to make it pull harder or go faster
AGM x Destiny and bore out the Piston hole so you can but a bigger piston in
Sean Heffernan the “piston hole” is called a cylinder

That Honda has a lot of top end noise. You may want to look at the cam and timing chain. And check the tolerances on the valves. I've had a couple of those and they're bombproof.

buddy you gotta get them valves adjusted they're chattering pretty hard. You'll notice a big increase in power after that and maybe doing a top end job... and put a HMF slip on if you want to add an extra 4 or 6 hp.
