@@russelhughes1066He built a subpar team. He sucks at drafting. I don't care what anyone says. The roster we could have right now is Ballard didn't trade back for extra pics that turn into small school guys that need 3 years of development or just don't even make the roster, is crazy. He clearly isn't competitive in free agency. Look around the league. The amount of guys Ballard passed on in the last three drafts that are balling out is crazy. This roster sucks. No game wrecking edge. No shutdown corner. No ball Hawking safety. No number one wide receiver. No elite pass catching TE. We supposedly have elite linebackers, and D line but they're getting ran all over. Our two elite players are a guard and an old DT that is probably over the hill. JT isn't what he was a few years ago, and his backup isn't very good. How do you net use a late pick on Braelon Allen or somebody this year? How do you trade back to get a Alec Pierce and bum ass Jelani Woods with George Pickens on the board? How tf do you draft two offensive lineman with the safeties that were on the board this year? Many of whom are starters right now, and balling out. He drafted on athletic traits and questionable upside rather than proven players on the top defenses in the SEC for years. Ballard sucks bro. How about keeping Gus Bradley as D coordinator?? Running back one of the worst secondaries in the league with zero depth was an awful decision. Trading all of our draft stock for old over the hill QBs or fucking Wentz. How much mediocrity and bad decisions do you need? If we miss the playoffs five more times will you get it?

I’m confused….. I assumed the priority was to win first, then develop a young QB. Why wouldn’t you start Flacco in both of these first two games then bring in AR when we have a lead so that AR’s mistakes won’t continue to bury us. You’re correct Zach, in that he’s putting too much on AR’s plate. An experienced QB (like Flacco) would handle Shane’s variety of calls better. Win first…develop next!!! 🤬🤬😎

Not a good idea. You have a young 22 year old QB who has played 17 games since high school. He needs to play. Flacco is not the same QB he was a year ago. You know, I just thought of this. I’m trying to understand why Irsay has been so patient with this FO. It got me thinking. Grigson was absolutely despised by the local media. Vilified. Regardless of his win loss record, Ryan was pretty much universally disliked.
So, Irsay did a complete 180 and hired Chris. From the time he walked in the room, Chris was a media darling. Irsay was praised for his smart choice of GM. I think that’s a big part of his decision making. Irsay wants to be liked. I think that’s more important than the quality of the product on the field. I do think once the local media and fans turn on Chris, it’ll be a quick decision to move on. Until then, I don’t see much changing.

Someone that can see what they’re running isn’t working and change what they’re running before the second half. Then fire Gus Bradley. After we get the new defense coordinator in house Then fire Chris Ballard. The fact he didn’t pick up any defensive backfield free agents, while sitting on 25 mil cap space is a fireable 37:02 offense. We are so thin at all positions we can’t bench any players. But we can fire the coordinator and the GM. This cannot wait till the end of the season. I think Bradley has lost the defensive room. They know his passive scheme sucks. The reason why Richardson being significantly better doesn’t look good is because of his college career numbers; he was around a 50% completion rate player in college and that’s what he’s also showing now. Those QB’s y’all are mentioning; Jordan Love, Jalen Hurts, Josh Allen were all better Qbs in college completing at least 65% of their passes and some in the 70%
Until Richardson shows he can consistently complete high percentage of his passes this is what y’all will get. Highs (at home) and Lows (on the road).

Pretty sure whinny hating fans isn't the resolution to anything. Facts are via TY his self had fans respected Luck on his last field appearance he more then likely would have returned. The issue may not just be Guses soft defence scheme but also the addition of a college coach on Dline in Partridge. But after thinking about it, unless you can find a DC and DLC that can call the best defensive schemes for the players on defence it would not be wise to fire them until the end of the season because learning new schemes and styles can cause even worse issues especially when the players are used to the scheme their in.. Finally, clearly JT is still JT he hasn't lost a step, Richardson is getting better, and the DB you all are worried about and complained about isn't as bad as you all are making it sound only one pass this game got down the field over Jaylon Jones. But one is bond to happen in every game no matter the team or backfield. The rush D was horrible in the first half but second half they did great, Zaire and Latu forced and recovered a fumble avoiding points from GB. Tackling and angles were also bad for LB. So this is clearly not a Ballard issue it's players coming to play and the DLC and DC job to coach there squads. The WR also need to catch and get locked in, As for injuries every team has them that's the impact of a physical game so let's stop making excuses and complaining about that.
