We also need to know WHO DENIED the Capitol Police requests for additional security.

Who denied the Capitol Police Chief's request for additional numbers of security? Quit talking about training and funding the police. The Chief knew he needed help and it was denied. Get to the crux of the problem.

@@judystanley6090 Would seem rather odd that Trump would suggest to DC Mayor to call in the National Guard and when she refused 2 Days earlier because he was given Intel that not so friendly folks were planning something of great concern, then tell the National Guard to stand down after requesting them. He cannot call them in without local authorities requesting them. FBI also shared that info with both the Mayor and Capital Security. They all refused National Guard. The day of the riot, only a skeleton Security crew was at the Capital. About half were there, the rest sent home fir the day. When the riots started, which was while Trump was still speaking and approx 45 min before he was thru, several bus loads of People showed up with full riot equipment. Trump’s speech was running late so the rioters’ timing was off. They thought they had the timing down to begin just as Trump was finishing. All this was reported beginning the next day, 7th. Then was cut off. They have allowed that the FBI knew of the reports of rioters plans. The reports were ignored. There is obviously way more than is being reported by MSM.

@@pookie5247 Interesting ..From my perspective, what went wrong was most of the protestors were disenfranchised citizens who realized their vote didn't count because voting machines did connect to the Internet, vote packets of information were routed through Europe to China in real time to determine how many votes needed to be flipped from Trump to Biden so as to keep it realistic, and states ignored the US Constitution's requirements that all voting rules must only be made or changed by state legislatures, and in the battleground states, voting rule changes were made by judges, governors, and election committees. Votes made under those rule changes were unconstitutional and therefore illegal. If you're really seeking the truth, watch "Absolute Proof" on Bitchute. If the election were legal, social media wouldn't be censoring those with proof from sharing it, and the main stream media wouldn't be calling all voting fraud comments debunked. Biden didn't win. Regrettably, this will be a rather lengthy process. It's important not to rush judgement, for a couple reasons, if not more: (1) we must not appear to be as rash as those who perpetrated terrorist attack on Capitol, (front lines or behind the scenes), much less act rashly in aforementioned by just attacking the situation from an emotional mindset vs (as much as possible) learning what took place from those who experienced the flip side of said attack, & what was going on up the chain of command. We must address and act on this in a thoughtful, logical and justice oriented mindset; (2) We must be More Than Prepared when we do call those involved to face prosecution--ESPECIALLY for those who were behind the scenes . . . Those who made the strategic and well planned manipulation of the front line's emotional reaction(s) and ignorance.

I couldn't be more happy that the committee was formed and are exercising and implementing their right to investigate what has turned into a serious threat, especially what has turned into an uphill battle. With that, there will never be beyond this unless those responsible are held accountable. There cannot be executive privilege. There cannot be laws previously legislated to protect a position of office. Those responsible should have no more protection that a perpetrator or criminal that harms or kills their victim, deserving to be treated like anything other than the monster they are. A congressman or senator has not earned support or protection when they did nothing to stop what is obviously a crime against democracy and humanity.

Why do I feel that Sund is not being very forthcoming, I can tell he is not being completely honest because he is afraid of throwing someone under the bus, and he is leaving himself a way to possibly come back to the Capitol Police.
