Major bummer. I used to always carry duct tape to carry me by for a few miles when something like this happened. Being holed can really mess up your whole game, but putting a little water-proof tape over it will save you having to walk home. Its second in importance only to your throw bag and first aid equipment. Never leave any of those things at home. Better luck in future! Looks like you have some of the best water in the country near by.
Wow, this shouldnt happen, certainly not that bad not unless you've thinned it out by a long way, it looks like a manufacturing defect. Anyhoo, great video, Ive just subbed you :)
Bingo. And it’s been an issue for years…. The first delta v’s started exploding like this to put a time stamp on it. Has to do with improper mold temps and the plastic not bonding correctly.
That's the biggest crack in a kayak that I've ever seen!
Wow!

There is exposed rebar in the slides above the powerhouse
Was this during one of the regular releases? CFS?

That is the result of your boat not being made properly. No kayak should ever crack like that.

@MicajahMcCurry yeah that sucks. Jackson had a bunch of boats doing this as well over the last year or so.
